The clothes on the website look really pretty, but when you order it tells you that the package has been shipped but in real life the order doesn't even exist, no phone number to the website and all emails don't respond, only the tickets but when you ask them they don't even tell you anything usefull to the problem that came up with your package, most likely no refounds either. I ordered something from them and it said that my order has been shipped but now it tells me that my package needs a selfpick up and there is no location where it could be. It says it has been sent to an office for storage but romwe doesn't even care as much after the imaginare package came out of their office. I live in Canada and romwe seemed to be a great choice to order because the prices are twice as low as in Garage or Aritzia but it is a total scam. Order on your own rist, not the best place to lose your money.
Everything on Romwe is so cute and so cheap, I'm absolutely in love with this site. There's a wide range of variety in their clothing, so there's definitely something for everyone :)

I ordered 5 pieces and used the 60% as well, when I went to check out and paid I was told only 60% can be applied to the one item. Very misleading when in fact it states all new customers are entitled to 60% off your first order. Omg the clothes, I cant even tell you how annoyed I am. Not to mention it took forever fRWPHK*******or them to arrive. I wear a small and have boobs, unless your starving yourself even a skinny chic will not be able to wear most of the dresses etc. I received a black dress which is too tight due to my bust size and white maxi dress that is tight and a small as well. I finally heard from them an was told I have to pay for my own shipping to exchange. Now i have never heard of that in my life, especially from a clothing website. They are located in China which will be more just to exchange than buy a new dress from somewhere in NY. Also no way to get in touch with them other than the chat room which is helpful but if I am paying money I want to be able to speak with someone especially when the clothes I paid for fit terribly. Now I am left with 2 dresses I will never wear because I refuse to pay to exchange clothes because they don't have correct sizes. Beware because non of the clothes are what they seem. False advertisement.

The service that ROMWE is below a bare minimum. First, I had to pay the border taxes -- 32$. Then, because of EXTREMELY poor quality of the clothing, I had to lose my time, and send it back. Now, I had to pay 31$ again. In total, there is 63$ totally wasted.
I had to wait for TWO WEEKS for my order to be delivered -- the rest of it was delivered in a MONTH, instead of promised 3 days.
I STILL HAVE ORDER from more than a MONTH AGO -- NEVER delivered to me!

I spent $245 for 9 dresses, 10 shirts, 4 skirts.
All items are of disgusting quality and I will be returning to sender. I LITERALLY measured myself and NONE of the clothes fit. This is not a 2-3 cm difference this is inches too big or too small. The measurements are all over the place. The worst is the dresses.
Plus everything is incredibly thin and see through. NOT LIKE THE PICTURE AT ALL.

I order 4 lace shirts and all the lace is poor quality and literally falling apart. There are several detached areas of the lace on multiple shirts.
As for the dresses I ordered, ALL thin material and 2 out of the 9 dresses I ordered have slits so high and mis-measured that my lady bits show.

I should've known better when ordering from a site where the clothing is as cheap as it is on Romwe. I was excited at the idea of ordering from their collection of very cute clothing at a low price; similar to what you might spend at Forever 21. Of course I did not thoroughly read through their return policy, for which I take responsibility. I ordered two bathing suits and two dresses. Of course, the bathing suits did not fit correctly and when I tried to return, I was informed that not only were the bathing suits final sale, but I was responsible for paying for the shipping label and fees to send it back. Additionally, I have to wait for them to send me the label and by the time i get everything and send the package back, I'm sure it will be beyond the 30 days. Not only is their clothing very poorly made, it runs extremely small and is very see through. On top of everything, their customer service is horrendous. Who rewards their customers - people who are trusting their product enough to pay for it before trying it on - by requiring them to pay to return a product that was either poorly described or does not fit properly? On top of that, by the time I go through the trouble of returning everything on my own dime, I am sure that the amount refunded to my card will not be worth it. Will avoid this site in the future, and other sites who lack customer service to this extent.

They are great in one ward. Heard about them from a friend. It was my first try and found them great in quality no delay on delivery i will suggest them to anyone to use.
I shop online all the time. I've never dealt with a company that purposely obstructed returns like this one. First they don't include the shipping return label with the order and the website makes it very hard to figure out how to do a return. You can't just send the item back but first need to email for permission. You can't just send the item back but first need to contact customer service for permission. Even the customer service should have already had access to this information since they have my order number and information, they required me to manually pull the item numbers of what I was returnIng. Each step involves back-and-forth communication with days in between responses. I see the company responded to another bad review that they they sent a free shipping label. I was told that the shipping label cost will be deducted from my return. I sent back the items. Then I was told I would be given a credit to my wallet I have to go through additional steps to actually get the refund. I've contacted customer service to go through the steps but have not been given a response. Some of the merchandise was OK and some was very cheap. I would find a better site
Update I logged on again and was able to get the money moved from my Romwe account back to PayPal. Way too many log ins and communications and manual steps for a simple return.
