Better than expected

After reading a lot of negative online reviews, I was skeptical but I found a jacket on their website I absolutely loved that was cheap so I decided even if it sucked I wouldn't have lost much. Came in 6 business days, which was better than I expected, and fit well, looked very much like the picture except the colour was a tiny bit lighter. Still love it. My only thing is it wasn't the best quality, but for the price it is what I expected. Maybe I was just lucky that none of the bad reviews came true for me but I would order again because it's so cheap and cute clothes.

I placed an order for my grandaughter for Christmas. One second after ordering I canceled it because I realized we forgot to apply the 60 percent off code. I was going to reorder with the code but they told me it would take 4-5 weeks for me to get my money back! Now my money is tied up. This company is not customer friendly! Beware! Save yourself a lot of pain and frustration. Do not order from these people. They are greedy and care nothing about giving their customers a pleasant shopping experience. I told them my grandaughter now has no Christmas present because of them but they don't care!

I SO wanted to give these people the benefit of the doubt. I ordered it and knew it was delivering from China so I was expecting at least 2+ weeks.
I ordered on December 1st and I just received it on December 11th so impressed with the speed.
I ordered 2 x coats, 1 Khaki Trench Coat and another CALLED "long sleeve grey coat"... Okay. Seriously people?
It is NOT long sleeve. NONE of these coats are long sleeves. It states "160cm length sleeve" I measured my arms and my arms are 159cm and these coats come up to my ELBOWS.
"One size fits all" no honey it doesn't.
The 'Lapel Casual Loose Khaki Trench Coat' was like... a cloth. It does not fall under the category of a coat.
How much is this to return to China from the UK? As I know it's not free returns (RUBBISH)

Ok so finally, after weeks of waiting despite the 24hr guarantee, I received my package of three jumpers. It was my first time ordering off this website and will also be my last, I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. I was so excited to receive them because the designs on the website are amazing, but I was SO disappointed. I had ordered either the size large or one size, I carefully checked the size chart and compared the measurements given to my other jumpers to see if they would be the correct size for me. I am not a size large, usually a small or sometimes medium, but i like having my jumpers baggy and therefore i order them big. So i wasn't going to be too concerned if they were a little smaller than a large, but when i got them they may as well have been labelled extra small! I felt like i had ordered kids clothes! The charts are very misleading and totally ridiculous. The quality of the blue and white hoodie I ordered is disgusting. You could spit through it, it is not the thick, snugly hoodie portrayed on the website and also the stitching was coming out of the back of the hood. The colours on the website show a blue fading into a grey/white in ombre tones. When i got the jumper it was a solid divide between the blue and white, there was no gradient or grey colour. At first i thought i had received the wrong jumper but then realized the website is just misleading. There is no excuses for the size errors and when it comes to online shopping what you see should be what you get. I feel very angry and will not be recommending this website to anyone, in fact ill be warning anyone to stay well clear of it. Lets just home i get a refund with no further problems or excuses..

I heard about this website from my friend that there are heavy discounts available for products so I opened it and ordered tassel poncho, I got it at 65% discount which was great.
I got a mail having all the tracking information for the product, I could easily track my poncho.
And they delivered before the predefined date.

I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from this site because it was dirt cheap! As a result I have some good and bad points about it.
Shipping (to UK): Found to be fairly good actually! I used standard shipping and my order was split into two packages, one arrived within 2 days, the other within 2 weeks. They provide tracking info.
Quality: Not bad... what I would expect for £6.99 really! Hasn't fallen apart yet.
Sizing: Awful! I am a size 10-12 (UK) and pretty tall (5'11"), so I ordered everything in a medium. I knew this was a Chinese site and they are more petite, but when I pulled out a pair of jeans they literally looked like children's clothes. The tops weren't too bad though, still on the small side, but the "medium" trousers were easily a petite size 4. I exchanged for XL! Also the shoe sizing for a pair of boots was just so wrong. Fair enough clothing sizes can differ across shops and websites but you would think a UK size 7 (Euro 40) is the same everywhere? Nope! Couldn't even get them on my feet, gave to my little sister who is a size 5 1/2 and they fit her perfectly. But I basically returned everything in exchange for large/extra large sizes.
Returns: Got a quick email response from them with clear instructions, but as the european warehouse is in Belgium, I had to pay £13 postage

I was a little anxious about purchasing from Romwe.com because I am not used to purchasing clothing items online, but let me tell you, my experience was amazing. I purchased a black long sleeve v-neck blouse for my girlfriend and she loves it. The ordering process was super simple and the customer service I received from the employees was great. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and able to answer all of my questions. After I placed my order the item was shipped super quickly and arrived before I even expected it. I ordered clothes off of ROMWE which stated the clothes ships in 24 hours and i also got express shipping and it states on their website that it takes 3-7 days for express shipping to reach my country. They said my order was shipped and sent me details of how to track my order with GLS and for the past 10 days GLS says "the parcel data was entered into the GLS system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS." Clearly they were providing me untrue information as my order was not shipped. I placed a ticket with ROMWE asking why GLS was not updating and they told me "It usually takes 5-8 days from China to Belgium, and another 5-14 days to your country". Really disappointed with this website they are telling customers lies. They should not be telling customers they can deliver orders within a certain amount of days when they clearly cannot! I thought i would receive my order in time for my Christmas party i will now have to go buy more clothes it! It was my first time ordering off them and certainly my last!

Horrible clothing

I ordered a pink sweater online, that was "one size fits all". The description said "loose fitting". And the sweater was very small when it came in the mail. It also was not pink, it was a shade of tan/orange. It had frayed stitching on the sleeves and bottom of the sweater. When I wanted to return it (only cost $11.50), they said I would have to pay for my own shipping so there was no point in returning it. I would recommend not buying from here since the pictures do not fit the clothing that comes in the mail.

I purchased a jacket and a t-shirt on romwe.com on Black Friday, and I just received them. I am loving them, especially since the price was so low. The quality is pretty good considering I bought the jacket for about $20 and the shirt for less than $10. I read previous reviews just in case, and most of them were really bad, but I still gave it a go and I'm glad I did! One thing to look out for though is sizing. You probably should order up a size, because romwe tends to make things smaller than true size.

Bought a pair of shorts from them after carefully considering the size charts and asking for guidance from their online sales agents to whom I gave my measurements so they could recommend the correct size to me. It came abt 3 sizes too small! And when I messaged them they offered a 50% off coupon to save my time and money on shipping the item back. I took it as it was better than spending on shipping it back. But now when I try to use the coupon it only reduces only about $2 (even less for some) off any item regardless of the price, and pretty much offers it to me at the same price it's already available on their website. "Now" they tell me the coupon cannot be used on pre sale items, but ALL their items on the website are anyway on sale! So where am I to look for items that are not on sale? If you cannot give a proper and legit 50% off coupon, don't offer it! You are only misleading customers and treating them like fools. And please revise your size charts and instruct your agents not to recommend sizes if they can't even come close to a correct guess. Very disappointed. Count on Chinese products to never honor sizes or to resolve disputes in a meaningful/sensible way.

First of all, most of the clothes did not fit me. One of the dresses did initially, but the cheap zipper does not zip all the way up.
The clothes were also clearly made of a different material from the photos. They do not appear see through in photos but the ones that I received were see through. Additionally, one of the dresses had a weird stripey pattern that was not in the photos. To add to that, the stitching was coming apart as soon as the package was opened. I've seen them reply to complaining customers that the pixels and lighting in the picture caused the difference between the photo and what they really received, but there is frankly no way that those items are the same.
