I ordered a shirt from here for my sister's birthday (which I left a bit to the last minute hah) - but it came very quickly and I used the free shipping option. The shirt itself was much higher quality than what I have bought from other places online before - and my sister absolutely love it! All in all a great experience and I will probably be back for more.
My daughter ordered 5 bathing suits. Two fit, but three did not, even though they were ALL THE SAME SIZE! We looked to see how we could exchange or return and they don't accept returns of swimwear or do exchanges! When I e-mailed customer service they told me I should give them as gifts to smaller people. My daughter is 13 and isn't that large! When you don't have proper sizing and then won't refund, in America, we call it fraud. I plan to contact my state's Attorney General consumer fraud division and see if we can shut this website down before they steal more money from other people!
Update: After posting this, they did refund 1/2 the cost of the 3 swim suits that did not fit. I still think it's wrong to include S, M & L classifications when every item has it's own individual measurements. It's the strangest thing I've ever seen and I've been shopping for about 40 years!
Sure everything looks cute in the photos, but it is all very deceiving. The material of all their clothing is a $#*!ing joke. It's scratchy and very poor quality fabric. I ordered a coat, pants, and a romper. The coat was made from slippery disgusting material and the seams were all unfinished and starting to fray. Not at all like the picture. The pants I believe were made for a Barbie or very tall 5 year old judging by the extremely small waste. The fabric was very cheap and poorly made. I don't know how you consider that to be a large, and the romper was just ugly and way too small, also very poorly made. None of these clothes I would actually put on my body. Still waiting to hear back about a refund. Hoping and praying that this isn't a scam. I want my money back NOW and I am never shopping here again! Neither should you.

This site was quite frankly one of the best I have ever ordered from. Never have I had such a great experience with a deal I scored. The best thing by far was their customer support, which was available to answer all my questions in regards to the item itself and the shipping methods they had available to me. If your nervous about ordering from this site I urge you to set those feelings aside as they are an excellent merchant! There was a very simple process from the time I paid for the item, to the time I received it. Overall I got exactly what I was looking for at a great deal and received customer support above and beyond which I honestly believe is hard to come by in this day and age.
Horrible and Huge Disappointment...
1. I returned item cause their sizing chart was off.
2. shipping not only took way too long but expensive so when I got my refund for item didn't matter cause I still ended up losing money cause they don't pay for shipping to and back.
3. they say item takes 7 business days to process LIE it takes longer, I'm still waiting for item to process

I ordered two shirts about three weeks ago. It took more than two weeks for one of them to be delivered, and the other one is not delivered yet. The one I got, looks nice but a little cheap. Still good for the price. I hope I get the other one soon. If there was an estimate of delivery date or a tracking number for each order, a lot of confusions would have been avoided.

Got my first order exactly 20 days after placing it. There was an unexpected boarder fee of 24$$ (it was delivered to Canada). Quality is cheap but the price is good. You get what you pay for.
When ordering, make sure you research/google the product and sizing appropriately.
I was able to track my order throughout the whole process. Out of the 6 products 1 went straight to the garbage due to quality of it.
I ordered five tops (one sweater like top and four sweatshirts) on October 29 and received my shipment on November 7. I was pretty surprised at this because I didn't use the expedited shipping, I went with the cheapest they had. All of my clothes were good quality for the price (average price of my items was around $10) and came exactly as they were advertised. All sweatshirts were very soft except for one but it is more of a long sleeve tee than a soft sweatshirt so I have no issue with this. I read that others had issues with prints but all of mine were intact and didn't peel off. I had no sizing issues, they were all as Romwe advertised which were around a US small four of them and a US medium for one. I was skeptical of them because of their many bad reviews but I'm so glad I ordered from them and will again!
Their website claims that they will respond to your "Tickets" (concerns) within 24 hours. I was told I would receive a refund for my cancelled purchase within 24 hours, that was 5 days ago. No refund, and they have not responded to my last message that was sent 3 days ago. My bank advised me to file a dispute claim to get my 50 bucks back but I am hoping they will respond within the next two days. A week is too far off of a 24 hour promise for me to be anywhere happy with.

After I posted my review, Rachel from customer service contacted me and helped me a lot with resolving my issue. After she realized what my problem is, she made sure that I get my refund very soon after that, and package as well. I will continue shopping on Romwe. If the similar situation happens to you, just keep e-mailing them, because the first respondents on customer service are not the best, but after that you will get a very good customer service.
Awful customer service, they don't want to help you or solve your problem. I waited more than 2 weeks just for the order to be shipped and then they don't want to cancel the delivery even though I won't be at the address.
They said it will take 10-30 DAYS TO REFUND! Stay away!!!

I ordered the white vintage print skirt, and it is so pretty in person. It is cute and really well made. The design reminds me of Moroccan tiles. The fabric is nice. It is comfortable to wear. I love it!

I have been a Romwe costumer for years. However this time I am very unhappy with my package. I ordered a shirt for a friend and it was horrible! Not what i expected at all! The shirt was poorly hemmed and looks like they just stuck some fabric together. Also I was throwing away the packaging when I saw two ants crawling on it! Very gross..
I ordered a skirt from this website and immediately fell in love with the photo of it. It took at least a month to get to me, which was my first taste of the bad service.
Then, once I finally received it, it was nothing like the photo I fell in love with.
The skirt was a completely different shade of green, it was poorly made, the fabric was awful; uncomfortable and wrinkly, and on top of that it was HUGE on me.
I'm a pretty average sized female, I'm usually a size 4 or 6 in bottoms but there was no way this skirt could look flattering on me at all.
I will not be purchasing from this website ever again.
I've submitted a request to return it and I honestly don't even expect them to give me this option.

Even though they say its complete, i have been waiting for my withdrawal from my wallet for 1 and a half month now. Their customer service sucks. I was not able to find contact information on their site. All that is available is a robot. Submitting a ticket was also difficult to do on their site. Would never shop from them or suggest them to anybody.
I ordered from this site about a month ago. I ordered a few cute sleep sets that I thought were the cutest things! I hadn't received my order a few weeks after ordering it, despite paying for rushed shipping. I contacted FedEx (who was shipping my package) and they told me to get in contact with my shipper to change my address. My address number is 2504, and because of my fat thumbs, I put in 2405. I could not find ANY possible way to even return the package from the shipping center it's at right now and now I'm out $50 and I'm strapped for paying my bills. I am so appalled by the way that this company chooses to handle shipping and customer service.

I had tons of reservations about this company because it seemed like a scam and I was absolutely right.
I purchased a gift card for a birthday present and sent it to myself (because I wanted to make sure it came through) and immediately, I got an email stating my payment didn't go through. Except I could see on my credit card that I'd been charged. No GC appeared in my inbox. I checked spam. I emailed customer service. No response.
A day later I needed the gift still so I purchased another. That one went to spam. I immediately emailed customer service to say I needed to cancel the first and refund my money. No response.
I have now emailed them so many times I've lost count. They claim the have no way of refunding my money which I do not believe at all. They keep telling me to just use the GC which I still do not have.
I don't want the gift card. I only bought the second one because the first never came through and their own email said it didn't.
They don't care. They don't read anything I've said in my emails. They have no desire to fix anything because at this point they have a free $50 charge.
This company is so so shady and absolutely cannot be trusted.
