Just ordered a cute dress and backpack from romwe today (I've not gotten them yet, obviously, it's been 3 hours lol) and I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews.
Do people understand that a 12$ dress isn't going to be hand made quality? Or that this store is china wholesale? Obviously you need to order up in sizes...
It's gonna take a while to get to you, it's dirt cheap and from /china/
People need to manage expectations...
The size guiding is terrible, most of the clothes didn't fit. Some items had nothing to do with the pictures: completely different fabric and color. Plus, they make it really hard to return some types of clothing. I can't return swimsuits but it's really unfair since they have nothing to do with what I actually order. It's a total scam! I had a terrible experience and I will never order from them again. What a waste of money!

I got the wrong colour of pants and I have no clue which email to contact about this situation. On their website the protocol for receiving the wrong item was to contact an agent but they provided no email or person to reference to for this issue. I ordered $100 of clothes on 21/8 and it came about a week later (29/8). After reading so many bad reviews I was worried but then surprised when it came so quickly. The quality is good (neither bad/really cheap or amazing). Overall I am happy although the quality is not as good as other websites I have shopped from.
I was a bit apprehensive initially after reading a lot of -ve reviews regarding product delivery but, because we've finalized the dress for my cousin's wedding, I took the risk and went ahead with the order.
To my utter surprise, the product got delivered well in time as specified and the product packaging was good too.

Romwe has amazing deals but i always thought there was a catch! The shipping and processing time took WAY too long, and some of the things didn't look the exact same as they did in the photos. But other than that, i was happy with my order

Honestly, everything came in exactly when they promised. This website kept me updated, and did not spam me. I ordered 12 necklaces, 3 shirts, 1 hat, and 1 bracelet. Everything is high quality and very comfortable. The shirt did take longer to come in, but I notified the website, and they quickly responded, clearing up the fact that I can get a refund for the shirt or wait a little longer for it to be made. I got the shirt exactly when promised, and I can honestly say I'll be shopping their for things a lot more often since the prices are so low.
The clothes are poorly made. The material is flimsy. There is NO information as to how to return merchandise. The phone number they provide is in China! Customer service does not exist. Please... Think twice before taking a chance. It's not worth it. Pictures don't match merchandise!

The material is very cheap and the sizes are extremely inconsistent. I ordered the same size for all swim suits and some are too big while others are too small and they all fit weird and look completely different than they did online. The cost was most than expected because of duty charges coming into Canada. Usually when I order online from other sites they will factor in and include duty in the total. Extremely disappointed since swim suits cannot be returned and I will never wear them
