Do not buy!

Garbage is what will be shipped to you. I ordered 1 sweater, came in split completely from one shoulder to the other, sent it back and gave them one more shot. The next sweater came in missing a sleeve, it was in the bag just not attached. Because it is my second return I have to pay for it. There is nowhere to even contact them, how convenient for them.

Honestly, I was super nervous to purchase anything because there are such mixed reviews. But finally I just did it and I ordered a few bathing suits. Every one fit true to size and for the price, the quality was great. Everything came within a week! I will definitely order again

I ordered over $200 of clothing for my granddaughter on 8/1/2016. When they finally did arrive 3 weeks later about half of them fit and they were mostly very poor quality. All of the shorts were cut very wide in the crotch which is not how most women in the US are built. Weird. I submitted a ticket to return about half of the items and their website says you get a refund within 7 days from when they receive your returned items. I sent the package as instructed with tracking and waited for my refund. Guess what, I'm still waiting. I opened another ticket to inquire about my refund (because they had closed the first one for some reason) and they say they did not get the package. So now I have sent the the tracking information again and still waiting... I guess I'm contacting Pay Pal to resolve issue.

UPDATE: ROMWE did issue me a refund AFTER I posted this review!

Confused

I was, at first, unaware that it could take between 5-7 business days for my order to just be processed. I received an email saying that my order had shipped, but when I hit the "track" button, it gave me a tracking number and no website to track my package on.

I ordered one of the vintage dresses, and was surprised to find great designs at such great prices. They have a fantastic selection of clothes, something for everyone I'd say. It was very user-friendly and the ordering process was simple. My dress arrived promptly and is of good quality and fit. I get complimented by friends when wearing it and happily recommend ROMWE to them!

romwe.com is a great site with cheap and great clothes. I bought a black Cape from ROMWE for my past winter.It had shipped fast and came in great conditions. As long as you read the details before you buy you will have no problems. I would recommend this site and plan to shop again off of it.

I shopped on Romwe.com for a cardigan for my wife during our anniversary. I knew she loved the color grey and had been looking for a rather stretchy cardigan that would go well with any outfit. She had been telling me it was so hard to find one that fit her style as she likes the ones that are soft and light, but not so light that they curl at the ends.

After shopping for a while on Romwe.com's easy-to-use website, I found one that was both beautiful and at a great price! I love the discounts they have available and wish they carried men's styles as well. When I gave it to her on our special day, she loved it!

Overall, I had a good experience with Romwe.com; thanks for making my anniversary that much better!

Ordered over $130 worth of items from Romwe a week and a half ago, about 15 items total. Only 2 items have been delivered, a blouse and necklace. The blouse is flea market quality at best, the necklace was already broken when I removed it from the packaging, also had several knots in the chain. The majority of my order was finally shipped out today after waiting over a week for "Processing". One item is STILL in "processing". Hopefully the rest of my order won't be as disappointing... I will writing another review whenever I actually get everything.

Romwe is a great site to shop online. I bought a Contrast PU Leather Cat Pattern Sweater and it's a brilliant sweater. The cotton quality, which I noticed was really really great. You don't simply see something like that these days. It is wonderfully woven and the fitting is perfect for any teenager. It clearly shows that a lot of time has been spent on weaving it. The service Romwe provided me was really good and the website has a simple yet a beautiful and user-friendly layout. It was a great experience buying that sweater from them. Will buy again!

This was my first experience to shopping in Romwe and I am really satisfied with their service. I ordered two product from that and the products are obviously outstanding quality however ordering was an absolute breeze. Definitely user friendly! The shipping was also within the estimated delivery and came in the mail well packaged.

They blatantly lie to you about measurements. No way do you get the size you ordered. The top I received would probably fit a pre-teen, but nowhere near what I was told I would be getting.

I've read other reviews about refund nightmares, so I just sent it to my 13 year old niece.

Decent Quality

I ordered 4 tops from Romwe a while ago, and I was nervous that they would be bad quality. They were all lace type tops except one, white was a T-shirt. I was happy with the quality, it was about the same as what you would buy at Forever21 and Rue21, which is low but wearable. The shipping took about 3 weeks, which is typically for stuff coming from China. I made sure to measure some of my own tops to compare to the measurements on the site, and they all fit well. I do think their measurements are off, but if you order a size up you can always take stuff in. There are a lot of negative reviews for this site, so quality may depend on what type of product you are buying.

I have ordered black boots on Monday and received my order on Friday super fast delivery. I have talk to customer support about my order they were very kind, supportive and answered my every question. The quality is very good on affordable price. I'm hoping they will last a few seasons. I do a lot of walking so I wear boots down quickly.
I ordered a half size up to wear thick socks and I have room to spare. So I think they run a bit big.! I plan to order another pair in a different color. The calf is extra wide, which is nice because most boots don't fit my calf. I am happy with this purchase!. Highly recommend to others. Thanks

Affordable and trendy

It's extremely easy to order a trendy item for much less. Good quality but the sizes are different for the Europeans. Sometimes you need to size up 1 or 2 times(it depends on the item). Otherwise I will keep buying stuff from the website.

I was sketched out at first because most sites like Romwe with low low prices for cute trendy clothing are awfully cheap and take months to ship. Not the case with romwe fortunately for me. It probably took 8-10 days for it to get to my house which I was SUPER shocked. So, 5 stars for delivery. I ordered 4 dresses for about $52, so 5 stars for pricing as well. All my dresses arrived looking brand new and clean. They all even FIT well, the only problem I have is that I need to hem a couple of them because I'm short and prefer my dresses mid thigh length. So, not a big deal! 5 stars for clothing design. You do get what you pay for, but I feel like I got a little more. I'm gonna get my whole wardrobe here because of the inexpensive pricing, because obviously I am broke but I love cute clothing.

Second bad review

I did one bad review on here and the email they left me for contact information doesn't actually work. I've been charged a ton of extra money for express shipping. The express shipping has taken longer than their website has said it would (including processing time at the Romwe factory) The whole reason I paid express shipping was to have my items before my trip and now I've paid $60 for nothing. My frost review I expressed this the romwe provided an email that doesn't work.

If you choose express shipping to locations other than USA, Australia, and Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and UK, there will be a big possibility that express shipping will cause customs taxes. Customs taxes associated with orders that use express shipping will not be normally paid by Romwe.

Sent me a dress that was not made properly, fought with me about a refund, and demanded I take down the bad review before I could get HALF of my refund. Ridiculous.

Be careful with what you order from there.

I absolutely love my off-shoulder backless crop t-shirt I got from Romwe! It's my go-to top for going out for a night with the girls. It's super cute, and it's actually flattering on me (unlike a lot of crop tops!). The shipping was awesome (quick, affordable, no hassle) and you can't beat the prices. A friend introduced me to Romwe and I'm so glad she did, because shopping for cute clothes on a budget can be such a pain, but this made it so much easier. Overall I would recommend them, I absolutely adore this top (and the super cute shorts I got to go with it!).

I placed my order with Romwe which was one shirt and was waiting for the shipping. It took 10 days and it was still processing not shipped so i contacted a rep and they told me not to worry my order will be shipped soon. 5 days go by and i get an email saying that the only shirt i ordered 15 days ago is out of stock. Now im extremely frustrated so at this point i just want my money back. After 3 days my money is in "the wallet" their form of refund so you can buy something else from their site with the money but i dont want anything from this horrible site so i go to withdraw it and of course it says error. Every computer i used there is an error trying to give me my refund. Horrible service customer service reps in emails are rude and slightly sassy.

The clothes I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. The fabric is extremely low quality and the clothes are already falling apart. The sizes are also very wrong. I am currently in the return process, but it is taking far too long. It takes way too long to get a response and speaking with a representative is difficult. I was disconnected 3 times! They also make you pay for shipping! If you get a return label they take $5.99 from your refund, and the slip did not even cover all the shipping prices. Awful, low quality company.
