I'm reviewing the lapel bandage blouse - it was really hard to find anything like this, and I was thrilled to find it from Romwe for such a low price! Their site was really easy to navigate, and ordering was a breeze. I got two colors, and they arrived in a nice looking package, exactly as described - 100% accurate. Shipping price was very reasonable, and the blouse was well packed so it arrived in perfect condition - absolutely no damage from the trip at all. Super comfy, very lightweight shirt! I tried this website because it was recommended to me by a friend but I was a bit wary at first because I have never heard of it before but I will definitely be shopping here again. My dress arrived fast and the quality was superb. The website is easy to use and clear on prices so you won't find any other hidden costs in your basket like I have found with other websites. Hello everyone, I have recently left my review about romwe custom service and was unsatisfied in that time.
There was a problem with my tracking number. I would like to point out that the custom service respond me next day after I wrote to them. They were very polite and attentive. The problem was in logistics company, not in ROMWE. So, I got from them my tracking number very fast, almost in the day of their respond. I won't write much for now, because I am still waiting for my parcel. It will be delivered this week. Soon, when I get it, I'll share my overall opinion about ROMWE.
There is a variety of stylish clothes on the site! The quality of the white long sleeve blouse with kitty print is simply adorable and comfortable. Placing an order was an excellent experience, the communication from every stage of order was great! I recommend some items to my friend, we ordered and she was surprised about how easy it was to use the website. The quality of the print is great, better then what i expected! Received my order very quickly but I am a little disappointed. Their sizing is very inconsistent. I ordered 3 dresses & 1 shirt all the same size & everything fits different. One of the dresses even came with a rip already in the seam... I'm happy with what fits right & isn't ripped... but overall not satisfied. Will not purchase from them again.

Just received my order from Romwe. It took just as long to arrive as the reviews had predicted.
I ordered two jumpers and a coat, despite the cheap prices I fully expected to get what I had paid for. However everything is peculiar shapes and the clothing hardly resembles the website pictures - I could have gone high street shopping for the same price and got far better quality.

I ordered for the first time in April, only one item I received was worth keeping, a pillow case. Everything else was cheap, scratchy, not even remotely tailored to an actual human size, thin, and awkward. I sent the return items back May 4th and it says it's not even back to the warehouse yet. I want my money back but I highly doubt I'll be getting it.
Ok, so I ordered just a few items. And I have been waiting a whole month! But on there website it should take up to 8 days. Now I shop online quite a bit so I know to track my package and it hasn't even moved?! After a month? Seriously? And from the looks of other reviews they know there is a shipping issue. Please mention that in the website for people who are spending there money.

I got my order in on two different days, although I am missing two articles. On the email and website it says contact customer service by writing a ticket, although there's no direct link or any information about it. I'd like to return a couple of items and contact them about my few that I'm missing. On the bright side the two pairs of shoes I ordered are absolutely stunning and if not even better than pictured!
Ordered 4 tops, I put in my 60% off first time buyer discount code and didn't get the discount, I contacted them the same day trying to cancel my order with no luck. Now this was on a Saturday afternoon in the U.S. so Sunday in China, and they say it shipped already. Well why won't they refund the difference. They say they'll give me the discount on my next order. That's never going to happen. Avoid this company.

I bought a black blouse and a pair of leggings from ROMWE and I could not be more pleased. The website was easy to navigate and it only took me a few minutes to find what I needed. The shipping seemed to take a while, but the prices on this site were unbeatable, so I figured it was worth the wait. After receiving the product, I realized just how right I was. The clothing fit perfectly and looked great. I can tell that they will last a while. I highly recommend.
I placed an order on Monday and received it on Friday morning, not bad considering I live in Australia. All garments fit and as far as quality, considering the low costs, I simply don't care if they only last one season. I certainly will shop at Romwe again.
The last order I received took six weeks having many Christmas designed items for resale. I will be sending all back due to sizing as well. I will update with my review and tell you how the return process is. That will be deciding factor if I reorder.

So disappointed :( I spent 66 dollars on clothes... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. At first I was a little worried about ordering off this site because the prices were so cheap. I heard the clothes took forever to ship but I received the clothes I ordered in less than a week. The sizes were the same as what I thought they would be, they all fit me perfectly! The material does not portray the cheap price I bought them for, it portrayed great quality. I must say this site is one of the best I have ever ordered from. I have never had such a easy and stress free experience with an online deal. First of all, I saw an add about this site and thought it looked awesome. Been on a look out for long after clothes like this and finally I found one.
Ordered home a few pants and sweatshirt.
I tried the express delivery since it was free, here is the first mistake. Took over 1 week, still fast but not 2-3 days like it said it was gonna take. When my clothes came I could only fit into 3 of the 7 items I ordered, still very small for it sizes. Took L because I saw reviews about being small but even taking 2 sizes over what I usually wear everything was still tight and uncomfortable. 2 of the clothes didn't even look like the pictures and the material were just weird.
