I liked romwe, it didn't take to horribly long to come in but obviously it took a while coming from a foreign country. I estimated it to take a month and I believe it came in faster than that. The products are a little cheap (but I mean for the prices, that makes since!) but still good enough to wear. I like my swimsuits! But the bottoms are a little to small. I normally wear a medium top & large bottom so I just ordered a large and the top was a little to big and bottoms a little to small, but fits enough to where I can still wear it! Will buy from them again.
I ordered quit a few things since it was my first time and I thought I was getting great deals. When everything came in only ONE of the FIVE tops I bought fit. I tried to see if they woke uld fit my aunty (who is quite a bit smaller than me) or my younger cousin and they couldn't fit them either. The size Larges fit like smalls or even extra smalls. Will not be buying again.
They got my order wrong twice. The make you pay for shipping when they send the wrong order. The clothes are poorly made with pockets in the wrong area like on your hip and at your knees and they send orange color as red. Don't buy from this company they totally stink and shipping time is outrageous.

Clothes were nice, but I returned 2 items. Had trouble finding out credit was actually given. They put the credit in the "my wallet" tab which I didn't know. I created 2 ticket inquiries since they don't offer a phone # and never got a reply but I did use their online chat, even though it says use for only new order inquiries. The online chat person told me to look in the "my wallet" and I found the credit had been issued. My daughter likes the clothes and credit was issued for returns.

Don't be hypnotized by the nice pictures and too low prices. This website will take your time and waste it. I ordered a lot of on March 20, it was processing for 3 days - ok, but today it is 31 of March and my tracking number tells me: "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated." WHAT? I contacted UPS directly and they told me: "As per information available in our systems, we can confirm that this shipment has NOT been picked up yet. Do you understand what does that mean? That means that this website bull$#*!s and lies to its customers. I am too angry to make myself wait for the items I bought, especially after all these bad reviews. Do no ever even visit this website.

Ive ordered a few times from Romwe now, each time buying about 10-20 items. The clothes are cheap - they're not great quality, but they're not terrible. For shipping, yes, it takes a while, but this is pretty much the same for all shops from china, you shouldn't order for an event as the delivery times do vary, but they have always eventually came for me. (longest was 3 weeks and i live in the UK) I only order clothes with selectable sizing as i know Chinese clothes are generally smaller, and i always check the measurements given on the sizes. I am going to definitely order from here again:-)
I ordered a few shirts and a crewneck from romwe and i was delightfully surprised. The quality of the clothes was great especially since it was so cheap. The fitting was perfect and i loved it.
The crewneck was a bit small but still really good quality. Id recommend getting a size bigger. Other than that the clothes is really good quality and i love the site.
Also, my experience with customer service was good too. They're very nice and understanding. Also very patient.
Ordered something on Romwe and 2 weeks later received an email saying my order is being delayed. I complained on SiteJabber, and Romwe representative got in touch with me straight away. My order arrived shortly afterwards.
THE CLOTHES ARE NOTHING WHAT THEY LOOK ON THE WEBSITE
1. The clothes are very badly made. The clothes look as if they were made by people with no sewing skills working in a rush. Seam puckering and threads hanging in the most visible areas such as the neckline.
2. I ordered sizes according to the guidelines on Romwe (I am size 4-6 US). I ordered L and XL from Romwe, as the guideline suggested. Still, the skirt marked XL fit small.
3. Fabrics were cheap which made the garment look very different than the one on the photo. This skirt http://www.romwe.com/Zipper-Flare-Blue-Skirt-p-*******-cat-682.html is made from the cheapest scuba-like fabric which will make you sweat the first minute of wearing.
Out of 4 items I ordered, I'm keeping only one blouse http://www.romwe.com/Blue-Plaid-Contrast-Floral-Embroidery-Blouse-p-*******-cat-670.html, even though it has a visible seam defect. The other 3 items are so bad, I cannot bring myself to wear them. Will donate to a local clothes bank.
THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT ROMWE IS THE COMPANY'S QUICK REACTION TO SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS.

Don't let the cheap prices fool you people, guess you get what little you pay for on this site. Prior to confirming my order, I was very happy with the selection of swimwear on this site. Given that the majority of items I was ordering were "priority dispatch" and were coming from China, 3 weeks seemed like a reasonable amount of time to ship and arrive. Live chatted prior to ordering and was assured my items would arrive within the given time frame. Don't believe the hype people "Priority Dispatch" is just a ploy they tack on next to items that give you the assumption that they'll be packed and shipped in an expedited fashion. Your order will likely go from paid to processing status after two whole weeks.
They don't send email updates, they'll only confirm payment through email, be prepared to stalk their website for updates to your order. After a week of no updates, I opened a ticket to inquire about what the hold up could be, they responded by saying I'd basically have to wait, my order was being "processed" (they're so unbelievably flat and NOT helpful). Fast forward to two weeks, I ask yet again, what the delay is and that I "may" have to update my ship to address or be forced to cancel my order. Cut to the next day, I received a follow up email and response from customer service stating that my order had been cancelled. WHAT, how $#*!ty! All that time spent waiting for my items I could've gone with another retailer. They never even confirmed with me prior to cancelling my order, they just went ahead and did it. Blame it on the language barrier, I don't know rude is rude.
Please note! Once you place your order live chat is no longer an option, when you need updated tracking information, you've got to "open a ticket"... At this point customer service takes 24hrs to respond to all requests, funny how prior to buying live chat is soooooo unbelievably responsive (less than a minute). Total scammmmm this site will ruin your vacation and trust in buying from these overseas Asian retailers.

I ordered 7 swimsuits in a medium. I normally wear small and ordered up as reviews indicated. They are cheaply made and bizarrely inconsistent on sizing and just too small. Fabric is cheap and not stretchy like normal suits sold in us. They do not permit returns so I'm basically out $84. I feel totally ripped off. Sticking w Amazon where returns are always gladly accepted.
I ordered a shirt about a week ago and its already here and it it is so pretty I was a little hesitant to order because I read so many reviews that said the shipping took forever and that some things never came to them I can say that I'll defiantly be ordering again!
I ordered a swimsuit 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten it or even a tracking number. I either want my money back or my order right away. Horrible services.

It took a long time for the clothes to come but I was not too bothered about that. Some of the sizes were not as advertised and some items were poor quality but you expect that from cheap online clothes. I had ordered a lot so I ended up sending about half of them back to the warehouse in Belgium. I paid for the parcel to be tracked and it has been tracked as delivered. However Romwe say that they can't find the parcel and I'm only getting half of my money back minus the potage for returns. Be warned if you decide to use this company.

So I ordered three things from this website and none of them have arrived yet. I ordered the things on the 3rd of March and it is the 18th now. My friend told me that she buys stuff from here and it takes 1 - 2 weeks to get to you. Let me tell you right now, this is not the case. It is getting close to over 2 weeks and I an very angry with the time it has taken for me to get my $60 or so worth of clothing. Their website never gets updated, always says processing on my order. UPDATE THE WEBSITE! It is ridiculous for customers not to know when they're going to get their clothes. Don't shop here unless you are extremely patient. Probably never going to shop here again (depends on clothing quality). Honestly I would rather go to Ebay, and that's saying something.

When I first ordered from Romwe, my expectations were low considering that it is a very cheap, online, Asian website and because lots of the reviews on here were horrible. My order only took less than two weeks to arrive, which is incredible considering it is coming all the way from Asia. I ordered three shirts and one bag, and I did not think they would come the way the looked in the pictures. Ulitmitally, they looked even better than they do in the pictures and they are some of my favorite new clothing items!
