The express shipping makes no difference. Express shipping means 2-3 days & it's been a week since I've ordered & I haven't gotten my clothing yet. Curious to see if my clothing is everything I ordered since they taking decades to send it to me! What is their customer service number?

First and last time

Pictures on the site look great but the reality is another thing! I guess I should of just stayed at the 'admiring the menu stage' The pricing is too much for the actual 'quality' that you get, and as for the sizes... I had read that it was better to order a size bigger but a size bigger than what exactly is the question? A very disappointing buy and unless you are a size zero best to stay clear

Perfect Dress

I was looking for a dress to wear to a function and couldnt find the perfect one. A friend told me about Romwe and I went in search of a dress. I searched a little and had difficulty choosing because there were quite a few dresses that I loved. I decided to buy the Sleeveless Abstract Print Official Yellow Dress. My dress was shipped in the time frame stipulated and the sale price of $16.50 was a steal. I absolutely love the dress. Everybody loved it. The fit was perfect and the material quality was good. I am definitely going to shop on Romwe again soon. Great deals!

I ordered clothes on May 24 and on June 5 I got an email saying something about how the warehouse is being updated and that it would be delayed for 3-5 days. Then on June 11 I got another email saying my order was still delayed and that it would be sent out in the next 5-7 days. This is taking forever, and I want to know if my clothes are ever coming or if I should just cancel my order? I've heard good things about romwe but this is very frustrating.

Horrible!

Please don't buy anything from them. I ordered denim shorts and a few dresses. They came in a really big size. Plus, my shorts aren't even denim, they're made of nothing but crap! I tried to sing into my account for a refund, but they won't let me log in. They sent me a link to reset my password but that link doesn't even work. I tried to reset my password with another email, one that I've never used on Romwe, and the link worked perfectly. So I basically received crap and can't even refund it. Please save yourself and DON'T order from them. Thanks!

My package has been stuck in transit for about a month now and there has not been any status updates. USPS has the shipping label but they haven't received the package, I contacted them and they told me something is wrong on Romwe's end, and that I should contact them. Their customer service has been a nightmare I tried so many times to get in contact with them and nothing! I was supposed to get this package 5/28 the latest as I ordered it 5/3. I'm very disappointed and I either want my package or my money back. Worst part is on another account on ROMWE I made another order with the same card with the same amount of items and same type of items, on the same day too, that package came in, but this one which I was really looking forward too seems to be lost unfortunately. Please someone get back too me!

I ordered three pairs of leggings, a top, and a jumpsuit. The leggings look great on and I wear each of them every week. The top fit a little weird which I expected due to the low cut nature of it, but I never received the red backless jumpsuit that I ordered. I contacted them about it and they told me to check in with my local post office. I have since made a case and still nothing has come in.

Ordered almost a month ago - still shows no orders were made - amount was charged to credit card the same day we ordered! Log into my account, and it shows no orders! SO FRUSTRATING! Romwe is an excellent store. I ordered a floral shirt.The goods reached on time and I am happy with the quality and fitting of the product. It is just perfect as I want. I have to applaud this store for their delivery services. It is better than the average online delivery time period. Horrible clothing

I ordered a pink sweater online, that was "one size fits all". The description said "loose fitting". And the sweater was very small when it came in the mail. It also was not pink, it was a shade of tan/orange. It had frayed stitching on the sleeves and bottom of the sweater. When I wanted to return it (only cost $11.50), they said I would have to pay for my own shipping so there was no point in returning it. I would recommend not buying from here since the pictures do not fit the clothing that comes in the mail.

SCAM SITE
June 8, 2015

In May I made an order of 6 items. I received 2 & they were in terrible conditions. I contacted Romwe & requested that they cancel my order and refund me. They canceled my order but never refunded me. We went back & forth with them trying to compensate me with coupons. Eventually they just stopped replying. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I'll let them handle it.

I was waiting for the clothes for the exact month. So during that time i read many reviews and i was afraid of what i am gonna get. But when i received the clothes, every one of them (i ordered 9 items) fit perfectly. But to be honest, i dont know if i ever order from here again because it is such a risk, and i was so lucky that one time.

I have ordered clothes from this website a few times now, and each time has been a great experience. This time round, I purchased the White Sleeveless Cut Out Floral Print Dress. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could, I would rate them a 0! My package says it arrived, but never did and they dont care to refund me my money. Their $#*!ty excuse is they already paid usps and to go to their facility and make a claim to get a refund. Im beyond ferious. This is the first time I ever leave an review, but people need to know. Dont let their cute clothes scam you!

ROMWE, what can i say about them other than they are my favorite online store. I can find anything i want online, tops, dresses, tops you name it. Just the other day i bought the cutest little accessory online. The site is easy to use and i just love them. If you are looking for you next outfit, whether it is dinner with the family, going to the movies, work attire or a day at the beach they have it all. Dont take my word for it. No delivery and no help

I ordered £70 worth of clothes from this website having been told very good things. I placed my order over three weeks ago however when I track my parcel it says that it was entered on to the GLS system but not handed over. I called GLS who said I must speak with ROMWE as it was them who had not passed on the delivery. I'm so disappointed and some of the clothes are presents for Christmas and I'm so worried they won't ever turn up. I have left 4 emails for ROMWE with no response. I still don't know where the clothes are or if they will even arrive! I think I will be staying clear in the future!

Really very easy to shopping from Romwe and their customer service is great. I ordered 3 dresses from here and they delivered that within 4 hours. I think it is so quick service not only me but also for all. The price of the dresses are also reasonable. I highly recommended the Romwe for shopping!

Romwe is great! The prices are so super cheap but from what I have seen from my friends that have ordered, the quality is top notch! The customer service is also really helpful and super quick. The responses are instant and very efficient and helpful. There is so much choice and website is really easy to navigate. There's also lots of different offers on which is awesome too!

All the items are so quirky and different to most places, I know that this is going to become my favourite shopping destination! :D

Nice service

I purchased an iphone case from them as I couldn't find it anywhere local and was willing to wait out the shipping time; it arrived slightly later than expected but it was in great condition too and the quality was really nice. The only reason I'm not giving them full marks is because it took slightly longer than expected but I don't blame them for that as estimated dates for international shipping is not always reliable. Shipping costs were as expected; this is coming from China and the costs on the website were also fairly reasonable. I am very happy with the item and the overall experience of buying from them, I will revisit their shop in the future!
