No Customer Service
September 26, 2022

When I placed my order on 09/07/2022 it showed both items to be in stock but I later received a notification that the mat was on back order for 30 days. On 09/18/2022 I was unable to figure out how to request a cancellation so I put in a request for a return and noted that I was trying to cancel the order. On 09/19/2022 I was able to locate the chat on the website and requested the order for the mat to be cancelled and was told that they would check to see if it could be cancelled. I also received a message confirming they had reached out to see if it could be cancelled. On 09/20/2022 I received a tracking order for the mat. So suddenly when I want to cancel the order it is in stock and shipped. I immediately reached back out by email to let them know I received tracking information and was advised I could refuse or return the package. I was not home when the package was delivered so I attempted to ship it back but the cost was over $80 for me to return the unopened package. This is as much as the mat cost! I reached back out and had several back and forths with a representative who stated the only thing that could be done is sending me a label on their rates but still at my expense. As I explained to that it seems ridiculous for me to have to pay for the return when 1) the item showed to be in stock but wasn't 2) The item was on a 30 day back order until I tried to cancel it 3) When I tried to cancel the order I suddenly received tracking info even though it had only been about 2 weeks not 30 days.

Spend your money elsewhere with someone who appreciates your business. Products inconsistent (size), postage is ridiculous (up to triple the item itself) and customer service couldnt care less.

When I went to return it, their website would not print me a return authorization. The message said, they did not know who I was. $50 down the drain. Walmart sells them for $15.75 with free shipping!

Return
January 29, 2020

I recently ordered 3 items on Nov 21rst for a Christmas present and upon giving the item to the recipient on Christmas Day the items were not what he expected.

I returned the items in the original packaging and was issued a Rougue GC.

I did not want a Rougue GC I wanted a refund! How can you possibly buy a gift for someone for Christmas and give it to them and still be within your 30 day return window.

You should absolutely have a bigger window at Christmas for returns and on top of that having to pay to return a Christmas gift is unbelievable.

Bought a block and ball kit. Only got the block. When I purchased the item, nowhere did it say balls sold separately. Another customer posted the same complaint.

I like Rogue because they have quality product, but I refuse to promote them, refer them, or order from them again because whoever runs their operations straight up sucks. And, whoever runs their customer service, straight up sucks. Multiple calls to the company about product, they check here and there, say it's available, then no longer a package, that I can order it individually, then when I order it individually, that the promotions it describes online don't apply.

I order 14 products, and it says online that the order will ship in 5-7 days (and the rack note says 14-30 days). A week later I call, and they tell me that they have to bundle it to save on shipping so everything won't ship for 14-30 days. I say, "that's fine, but you should modify the 5-7 days on the site so that people don't get the wrong expectation"... and then the customer service guy starts to argue with me, telling me that they sent an email later telling me that... and the email said the rack, but the customer service department continues to argue with me about it...

Worst experience trying to get product from a company. They're contentious, they misrepresent, they don't know what they're doing from an operational stand point. Horribly run company.

I bought a ton of equipment from Rogue and when I expressed dissatisfaction for their overpriced mats they basically hide behind their small print policies.

THEY HAVE NO GUARANTEE OF THEIR PRODUCTS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. SHOP THEIR COMPETITORS!

Solid products, sort of...
September 10, 2020

Overall I like the quality of the Rogue fitness products, but you are paying a premium for this. That said, I had a problem with a brand new accessory for my Rogue rack where the paint was coming off VERY easily. I only had the product for a week and if I breathed the wrong way the paint came off. Customer service would do nothing. I also ordered safety straps for the same rack system - got the hardware, but NOT the straps! Are you kidding me? The return and refund was no hassle (at least for that issue). Overall not impressed, except for the quality, but YOU ARE PAYING A PREMIUM FOR THAT.

Hurry Up and Wait
January 15, 2021

I've spent quite a bit of money on Rogue equipment over the past six months for my garage gym (still a work in progress, but that's okay). In fairness, I will say that all of my items came in a timely manner with the exception of one which as of this review, I'm still waiting on. I opted to receive in stock notifications for items that were out of stock. The thing with Rogue is that their products sell relatively quickly so once you receive an in stock notification, be prepared to make a purchase. With that in mind, On Nov. 2,2020, I purchased the Monster Utility Bench 2.0 along with the Thompson Fat Pad. According to Rogue, these items ship within 14-30 days. The RSS (Rogue Shipping System) only showed that the order was received and processed- that's it.

After 31 days, I decided to reach out to Rogue in an effort to see if there was an update regarding my order. They told me that the bench was still in production and that my order would ship complete once the Thompson Fat Pad was back in stock. Now I'm like, "Wait a minute..." if an item is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase it, nor add it to your wish list, let alone your cart. How is it that this item was in stock when I purchased it and now out of stock just like that? I went on to point out that the information on their website is misleading and I have a problem with that. We're in the middle of January and I have yet to receive my items nor have I been contacted about the status of my order, and the RSS is only showing my order was processed. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. Look, I get that we are still in the midst of a pandemic and that it has an influence on logistics, transportation, etc. because of this, amongst other variables in place, it is paramount that you communicate clearly with your patrons. It's not enough to have great products when your customer service is marginal at best, and I still have not received my items. Upon reception of my items (providing that I do not opt for a refund) I will not purchase from rogue again. Sorry, not sorry.

If there were a world record for worst customer experience, Rogue would win first place. The amount of order errors and lack of care from their customer service department is truly baffling and one for the books. I placed an order April 25th. I wanted to exchange one item for a different weight. I placed the exchange through their automated system and received the wrong weight two weeks later. I contacted them, was understanding and polite about the error and requested a replacement. I had to pay $3 to print the shipping label at UPS for Rogue's error. I waited another week for the correct item to arrive only to receive TWO replacement items instead of one. And the craziest part... NEITHER OF THEM WERE WHAT I ORDERED! Frustration full fledge by this point, I contacted them again. They said they ordered pickups for the two items through UPS and get this... THEY GAVE UPS THE WRONG ADDRESS! The amount of stupidity and errors from this company is truly baffling. Honestly, I'm laughing at this point and telling every soul, including gym clients of mine, to purchase equipment anywhere and everywhere but here. I truly hope they lose many clients. Worst part? No apologies, no compensation for all this lost time and wasted money printing labels. It is now June 7th and the weights are still sitting in front of my house. Screw you Rogue, you guys are the world's worst company. The service reps who "helped me" are Paul C, Trey B and Marc Russell. Each and every one of you sucks.

Rogue equipment is great, no qqs there. BUT! Customer service is AWFUL.
We ordered equipment, it took forever to get delivered (undertsandably in pandemic), however we were sent a few wrong parts (so unable to use the equipment), we reached out to Rogue (hold is from 15 to 30min, add to that time you'll be on hold while they are "checking" and its at least an hour, there's also an email but noone will send you a response, so might as well skip that option) asking for expedited shipment of the right parts that we bought. It took 2 weeks (!) for us to get the parts to only realize... those were the WRONG parts AGAIN!
We called again, apprently nobody can do anything to expedite anything (WHY?! Apprently the rest of businesses got that "try harder and expedite if you've done your customer wrong" thing under their belt but not Rogue...)
Also apparently no supervisors are ever available (do they exist?)
INCREDIBLY disappointed to buy equipment at this price and be treated like this. SHAME on you Rogue!
Consider other vendors out there to get your gym equipment, Rogue's inresponsiveness and indifference will drive you insane.

I Purchased a Rogue Rig from A gym that was going out of business in Albany NY. I wanted to purchase a dirty south pullup bar from Rogue but I was not sure about its compatibility with my rig so I called Rogue. I asked if I could send a pic so they could help me figure out which rig I had. They said that is a possibility but we can likely figure it out by having you answer some questions. I answered the questions and the rep from rogue told me I had a monster lite rig so I purchased the bar. The bar arrived and I painted it red to give my rig some personality. Then when I went to install it I realized it was not compatible. Now Rogue Is telling me they won't return it because it has been altered and they're telling me they won't accept responsibility because they cannot find my call record as evidence that one of their reps made a mistake. I literally spoke to the rep on the phone for about 10 minutes hung up with them and immediately placed my order on the computer. It surprises me that a big company Like rogue can't afford to spend $350 to fix a mistake that they made. And I'm sitting in my gym full of rogue equipment all the benches all of the bumper plates many of the kettle Bells many of the slam balls and all of the olympic bars are Rogue which disgusts me even more. I would definitely not recommend rogue. We all know that rogue products are good But I would never recommend or stand by a company that refuses to take responsibility when they make a mistake. Essentially they leave the little guy to fend for themselves and suffer for their mistakes. There mark up is high. Their shipping costs are high and there return policy is ridiculous. 1 star.

After two months delay I received an email saying that I need to pay an additional three dollars for reshipment which doesn't make sense I could just cancel the order and re-order again. Saying the address was not found and item was sent back then I checked through UPS and the post office and I am able to receive purchase items through every other vendor google, eBay, Amazon, Wayfair, fresh foods, A dozen grocery stores and retail stores Rogue fitness is literally the only supplier that is having difficulty with my address Unable to get a hold of anybody on customer service and I have not received item in the mail or a refund. This is a total scam. They only work with top vendors to promote their products (CrossFitness) and they don't care about smaller consumers. I'm a client with Kirton & McConkie lawfirm in Utah and I'm almost to the point of a SLAPP lawsuit with them. Stupid Rogue fitness if you want to get ahold of me you can contact me one last time at *******@gmail.com. Thank you

I'll be honest - I am a little surprised by the negative reviews on here for this company. Given that customer service is something that is judged on the aggregate and not individual basis, I leave it up to you to do your own research, but my experience with Rogue Fitness was great. I ordered the Rogue Echobike to be delivered to Ontario, Canada and it took 15 days from entering the order online to showing up at my door.

The website was clear that due to COVID-19, shipping was delayed 5-7 days. They have both an app and a page on their website where you can track your order status. Indeed, for about a week my order stayed under the status of "Processed". And then a few days later, it was shown as Picked, Quality Controlled and then Shipped. Shipping is from Ohio and so it didn't have too far to travel but still managed to get across an international border in around 2 weeks. It is a ~140lb box.

UPS made a typo of my phone number and so the shipping status said they had left me a message to arrange a time to deliver it but I was not getting any voicemails. I emailed Rogue's support and they replied within a day, saying that they were inquiring with UPS about the status and would get back to me. I ended up calling UPS myself right after because I was so impatient and they told me about the typo, I gave them the correct number and the shipment arrived the next day. I let Rogue Support know that we figured out the issue and they told me to follow up and let them know when the bike arrived and if I had any other issues.

The Echobike arrived in perfect condition. As for the product - I love it. Having scoured the market for comparable exercise bikes, I found the price to be right, and the quality seems exceptional (though that will be judged in a few years after some wear and tear). I am very happy with the product and company. I notice many of the poor reviews here were during the summer where I am sure they were both being inundated with crazy demand for home exercise products and having to deal with COVID-19 lockdowns and fewer employees to run the operations. My order date was October 9 and delivered October 24, and it seems like their supply chain is doing better now.

Late February 2021 I ordered a Rogue Echo Bike from Rogue Fitness. The Bike arrived on 3/3/2021. I began using the bike the same week and noticed the HR on the console was not accurate, off up to 50 beats per minute when compared to polar beat app and garmin fenix 5x plus. The app and the watch both displayed correct HR readings while the Rogue fitness monitor did not. I immediately contacted Rogue and after jumping through hoops for a few weeks they finally decided to send a replacement. The replacement took another 3-4 weeks to be sent. I received the replacement in April 2021. I installed it and tested it out but noticed the same incorrect HR readings happening. I was using my phone in the "Rogue phone holder" on the echo bike playing music. I noticed that with no external HR transmitting device the Rogue console would show HR readings on its own with the readings all over the place. After much time wasted troubleshooting, I determined that electronics and sound causes the HR function of the Rogue console to malfunction. I contacted Rogue again and this is the response I received some time later We wanted to follow up regarding your monitor's heart rate readings. There have been a number of questions related to the monitor, connectivity, interference and how the software interprets and displays signals from connected devices. We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we would not recommend using an external speaker close to the console if trying to obtain an accurate heart rate reading. Our team and the manufacturer are working on a possible fix, but at this time, we unfortunately, do not have any other solution. Thanks for understanding. Ben D." To date I have not heard back and the console continues to malfunction. On Rogue's website this is the description of the console. " mounted LCD console measures 6.375" x 6.375" and features a crystal clear, high contrast display. Athletes can select or create a wide range of modes, including Intervals (20/10,10/20 or a custom Work/Rest interval), Target (choose a goal Time, Distance or Calories and the console will count down based on your selection), and Heart Rate Tracking (please note that a heart rate transmitter is required to send data, but is not included). The console runs on two AA batteries, which are included."No where does it mention that is does not work with the phone holder specifically made for the bike. If it has a phone holder then one should be able to utilize a phone in this position. As someone who uses HR zones for workouts this makes it very hard to utilize this piece of equipment. No other gym equipment professional or home use that I have used does this. This bike and all its extra's were expensive. $799 for the bike. I should be entitled to a refund for something that does not function correctly. To date I have not received anything.
