Ordered $1500. 00 in products at Rogue Fitness website. Called customer service and got hung up while I was asking a question. First red flag. Ok, I tried again and that time the attendant wasn't helpful and also not pleasant to speak with. Ended up cancelling my entire order thanks to the attendant name Alain D. I'm taking my business elsewhere, I can now imagine how bad it would be if I had to contact Rogue Fitness again for a warranty issue.
I would give them zero stars if i could. We ordered (and paid for) an assault bike and never received it. We have sent multiple emails. They keep telling us different things about our order. We called Rogue and waited almost 2 hours to talk to someone, who told us to contact UPS. We had already contacted UPS and they did not pick anything up from Rogue! UPS said Rogue created a label but nothing has been shipped. Now when we call we can't get through. Do not order through Rogue!
I bought a squat rack, barbell, plates, spotter arms and a bench. The quality of all the products was excellent. The customer service team was easy to reach and communicated effectively. While shipping was somewhat slow, it is understood that at this time, there is a huge demand for fitness equipment.
They can't handle a basic residential delivery. It's not like I live out in the middle of nowhere - 0.25 mile off a 3 lane main road. They got my 3,000lbs worth of gym equipment within 20 miles and then pretty much said - figure it out yourself. Terrible customer service. Let's hope the equipment turns out great... if I can ever get it home.
Overall I like the quality of the Rogue fitness products, but you are paying a premium for this. That said, I had a problem with a brand new accessory for my Rogue rack where the paint was coming off VERY easily. I only had the product for a week and if I breathed the wrong way the paint came off. Customer service would do nothing. I also ordered safety straps for the same rack system - got the hardware, but NOT the straps! Are you kidding me? The return and refund was no hassle (at least for that issue). Overall not impressed, except for the quality, but YOU ARE PAYING A PREMIUM FOR THAT.
Extremely unprofessional customer service. There was an issue with my address and they mentioned they cannot do anything on their end. I asked them to keep the rope and refund me for it. It's been 6 phone calls and countless emails, they kept saying the earlier rep did not process it correctly and I should get my money in a week (for every phone call). Never got my money. Definitely a fraudulent business.
I purchased a pair of sneakers that did not fit correctly, I went to return them and they charged me $14.50. I purchase many things on the internet and its usually free returns or exchanges... not with this company!
I have a garage full of Rogue Kettlebells and equipment. I've been using them for approximately 5 years and have recommended them to many others. Never again!
I ordered 6 new 'Made in the USA' kettlebells and when they showed up they look like a bad high school project.
They have indents, defects all over the handles and horns which are not hand friendly.
I've contacted Rogue numerous times and tried to post a 1 star review which still has not been posted and Rogue will not respond to my emails. Wonder why their kettlebells have 4.9 star ratings? They won't post negative reviews.
Look elsewhere.
I received a defective echo-bike and the seller is refusing to refund me the money even though this is a breach of contract on their behalf... the bike caused me to injured myself the first time I tried using it due to its defects. Their general manager Terry Zeller told me to F off -overall, extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful- I'm in the process of hiring an attorney. Do NOT recommend!
Rogue is absolutely not the job for you if you have any issues not completely adhering to your managers' nonsense of tasks. They expect you to work under the most ridiculous conditions as well as bend the rules to either work in your favor or to fire you once they see fit. Upper management is not involved at all with entry level workers and could not care less about how you feel or if you feel the job could go easier. Coming from someone that has years of experience from Rogue this place is not worth it unless you want their money, which is great might I add. Ask yourself this: Do you value your mental/physical health over your financial wellbeing? If so then don't work here. Trust me, it is not worth it.
Ordered an extremely expensive rack from Rogue. It took forever to get here (however due to COVID and shipping issues, I understand).
They didn't send a large chunk of the parts needed for me to actually build the rack. Upon contacting them, they told me that they "forgot" and would be sending them out via the slowest shipping method possible. So now this is another few weeks I won't have my rack.
The rack uprights are all scratched to hell, dented, and have orange peel paint.
(The pictures are two spots on two different uprights, all 4 uprights have the same or worse cosmetic issues) I contacted Rogue about the issue, who had me send them pictures.
They got back to me a few days later, saying they would offer me $75 since the issues are "largely cosmetic".
Paying $2000+ dollars for a power rack means I'm paying for the quality. The idea that they would think this is okay is insulting.
I have ordered a lot of equipment from Rogue, from racks to bars, and weights. The quality is high and I have been pleased overall. Recently I ordered some spotter arms (over $300 before shipping) and one of them doesn't attached at a perfect 90 degree angle... is 92-93 degrees and over the course of 30" the arm jets out at an angle. At the tip of the spotter arm its a good 3" in (or out) from where it should be. I reached out to Rogue to let them know the issue, and sent pictures. Instead of helping me or finding a solution the customer service rep was quite literally searching for reasons not to replace, repair or stand behind their product. This is a manufacturing defect in which the bar isn't attached correctly, clearly. Instead of sending me a new arm, they want to charge me shipping to send the entire thing back and pay for another one when its abundantly clear the right thing to do is stand behind their extremely expensive product and send me one that isn't jacked up. I will not be purchasing anymore equipment from them based on this experience.
They say they are American made products. Yet when my product arrived it had "Made in China" stickers on it. Customer service was useless. Lesson learned. For all I know they sent me another brand, there was no "Rogue" name anywhere on the product.
I recently purchased their premium Ohio belt for $150, after shipping and taxes it was nearly $200. I purchased this belt with high hopes. My waist measures around 38 inches, depending on the time of day. The extra large according to Rogues size guide fits a 34-41 inch waist. The belt I received fits on the tightest setting. Again my waist is 38 inches. If I lose any weight at all this belt with be useless to me. I either received the wrong size or the size guide is not correct. When I contacted rogue about exchanging it they wanted me to pay for the shipping. I already spent over $20 to ship it to me and now they want an additional $16 to ship it back to them. I'm sure they also want me to pay to ship the correct belt to me. The shipping alone will total around $60 all because they either sent me the wrong size or the size guide is off. Basically I would have to pay for their error. Do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable company. I will never buy from them again. Hope this review helps
Superb customer service... the absolute best. Great communication and a very professional team!
I ordered an Echo Bike that had an internal clicking. I reached out to Rogue's customer service via email and attached a video of the issue. They responded promptly and sent out a new Echo Bike shortly thereafter.
Thanks Team Rogue,
Justin
I bought a pair of wagon wheels. Despite them being in stock they took four weeks to ship. But I never received them. UPS called to arrange delivery on one-day notice. Since I wasn't going to be home, my wife spoke to UPS who offered to leave the 130-pound box on the street—that is, right where my trash is picked up and where other neighbors leave things with signs like "Free. Take me."
Since that was unacceptable she refused delivery and the item was returned to Rogue. Rogue will not refund shipping charges saying we had plenty of time to cancel the order. So, we're disputing this with our credit card.
I will never again buy from this shady company. If you're going to charge a premium for your products, offer premium service, not 48-minute wait times on hold and then a refusal to refund returned items.
These guys don't give a crap for customer service. Order. You'll find out. Great products most of the time but their customer support is ridiculous. I did originally put in the wrong address but called them right away. Could NOT help me. Terrible. They don't have the ability to reroute a package within 2 weeks but you can wait for 5-7 business days(Wait they mean 15-17) Who does that?
I would give this company a negative star if I could. Ordered an item 12 days ahead for it arrive 5 days from now so basically I gave them 17 days to ship something and it still hasn't shipped. Horrible horrible service and company. Do not buy from these people.
I originally ordered two echo bikes back in june took about a month to get one and then the second one was lost or stolen. Dont ask me how you lose or let a box that size get lost or stolen. Then after we figured out the bike was lost/stolen, it then took another month to wait for the second bike. Once that second bike arrived, it did not work.
I have had to get on the phone with rogue at least 4-5 times, which is about a 50 min wait on the phone. And have also had to email, because the guy in customer service needed a different department to handle my request to try and resolve the bikes issue.
So here I am as a gym owner, waiting to try and fix this bike I have paid for. Just over it. Now trying to get a refund and cant get a answer
I spent over $3K on a package that included over 15 different products from Rogue. It is now over two months later, the package has been misplaced and I have not received an explanation of where it is, when to expect it, etc. There have been two parts that have arrived and one piece was damaged. I highly recommend staying away from this company.
Answer: Ordered an Echobike to Toronto, Canada. 15 days from order to delivery, no issues whatsoever. Prompt customer service replies, item arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the product itself.
Answer: Yes, Titan Fitness has similar gear that is really nice but they don't always have things in stock.
