I've tried to cancel CRAVE since June 2021. First spent time on online chat. I asked the person to cancel it. A few months later I check my visa and am still getting charged. I went onto my Rogers Portal and canceled it twice. The second time I took screenshots of each step until it showed 'canceled". One month later I get billed again. Today Feb 08,2022 I spent 1 1/2 hours on hold. After I explained the situation, the woman told me I must have done something wrong or I must have reactivated it. Even after I explained to her I had pictures I was told I must have made a mistake. My next call will be to cancel the service.

I had rogers years ago but stopped as the were never honest about their pricing. The cable men have knocked on my door 3 times the last 6 months asking to ''work at the bottom of my driveway'' They cut into the driveway and lawn and cut my stone walk way just to bury a wire for a neighbour. The last time they came I said no and gave no consent for them to do anything to my property. They still went a head and cut my grass and stone walk way again. I called and explained to the rogers manager and he was unsympathetic and unwilling to compensate me. This company only thinks about money and themselves! Evil people!

False Promises

We were supposed to get our services connected to our new address. The technician was dispatched to a wrong address, then the second technician was dispatched to my old address. Rogers tried to cover up by saying that there was a technical issue and IT problem and on top of it they said my order was stuck in the system. I talked to numerous agents all very rude, unprofessional and false promises. It's been day four and I am still without any services, they promised me they would call me back but no calls what so ever Rogers did not admit to their human errors and blamed it on their system.

Where would one possibly begin with reviewing Rogers. Customer service is almost non existent these days. Can barely understand anyone that answers the phone after waiting 60-90 minutes for that to happen, then you often have to call 2-4 times more to finally get what they said was taken care of in the first call. HUGE communication disconnect and I can convey how much of a disaster this company has become. The outages continue despite the presidents assurances of better reliability and accountability to their customers. INFINITE wait times. Been trying for days to get a hold of them to clean up $423.12 in charges for non-equipment return when I have tracking proof it was all sent back. 1:46min on the phone the other night and they just hand up me. Yup another Outage. On the phone right now on hold waiting for one of the 3.5 customer service reps they employ for 1:08 min. Still no answer. You could give me FREE service for 6 months and I would still have no interest in ever returning. Glad to be rid of them forever.

I'm with Roger's for last 3 months. 1st month I had Internet connection issue for 2 weeks before they fixed it. Now with that nation wide services disruptions I still have no internet. Called them 3 times with waiting times 50 - 75 min and never got answer. As multibillion annual revenue one would expect them to higher more people to troubleshoot disruptions in their services. Very unsatisfied and would try my very best to talk anyone out of signing up with them

So I read in the paper today that Rogers is giving there, "loyalty customers" 20GB Bonus data for 24 months. I have definitely been a loyal customer for over 30+ years. I was contemplating canceling all my services with Rogers come Nov when my plan is up, but when I read this, it made me reconsider canceling. I just called them to see if I'm on their list for this "bonus" and was told, "they're not offering me this promotion at this time. I am appalled by their decision and this bs certainly made my decision a whole lot easier. Once Nov comes, I will be calling and severing my ties to Rogers! What a way to treat your, "loyal customer"...one who will no longer need your overpriced services! Disgusting!

Three months of data outage. Payed me back 5 dollars and ten dollars. No customer service. They could not find the issue i had to change my connection. I have ended up paying rogers mobey those three mo ths and additional for my mobile data. When i ask about it custo.er service say oh we have some problem in our system.will connect you to another customer service agent. They have no answers. Looters.

I signed up for a good deal on Internet and tv. I was told it would cost me $163 plus tax. I had this plan for a year and it ended so i was changed a lot, the support team was able to help me by lower the bill for me, they told me next year before the plan is done try to renew it this way this will not happen. 1 Year later and i did that about 3 days before my plan was expired i renewed it with the same plan so it should cost me again $163 plus tax. I got the bill for $212 and support telling me its because i changed my plan early. So if i am late i get charged and if i am early i get charged you can not win with these guys.

I have with rogers more than 8 years for home internet.
Currently, I have a 3 years contract with Rogers and now after more than a year I have no choice to cancel it and they want to charge me $400! For noting!
I never come back to Rogers any more. Service was not that great and they re not dealing well with loyalty customers.

Paying for fiber service now 2.5 gb but ti getting installed fiber connection is worst almost wast 15 days 25 hrs on line zero results still waiting to install fiber.I wish there are other companies are in my area if you have choice don't buy riger internet if go smooth ok but if you get problem then good luck customer care are worst can't get on phone if you get someone then hold 5 5 hours still resut I am still waiting talk to one tech then his manager Noe waiting customer care person I strat phone 6pm now 9:40 pm still waiting well come to rogers customer

On Boxing Day, I upgraded my phone online and paid the downpayment. The deal was done, and I was happy. It was a store pick-up. I received an email only to proceed for the pick-up, once I received an email that the item was ready for pick-up. A gullible customer I was, and started counting days wondering when I would receive an email, and this morning, I received an email stating that the order and the plan were automatically cancelled as I didn't come to pick up the phone within three days of them sending an email. Here is the thing: I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL INFORMING ME TO PICK UP THE PHONE. THIS IS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER CARE THEY PROVIDE! And yes, to those who try to be critical, I work from home; I check email, spam, and junk mails innumerable times in a day. Blatant Liars who don't care about their customers.

The worst service ever
August 5, 2022

LTE is not working where is live which is St John's Sideroad and Bayview Ave. And they offer me 5GB extra for 6 months... for what? I can't even use LTE or 4G. I was holding on the phone total more than 1.5 hrs and they are not doing anything. I ask them for cancel they said they will help me but I have outstanding for over $1000 for my phone. Wow... I've with Roger's since 2008 and they don't even care and they will cancel it without any apologies or nothing. What a best service experience with the Roger's... you guys are awesome I hope people see this review and don't come to Roger's...

*update - they now say I owe $480 for breaking a contract that I did not agree to orally or on paper, I was not told it was a contract. Misusing l misleading and deceitful!
Utterly disappointing. The internet connection was constantly being interrupted and wifi wasn't available throughout the entire house. I was being charged $75 more per month than current offers. I called to switch and the CSR said he changed it to $125 per month. I then paid $125 per month until I checked a few months later and they didn't make the changes! They also charged me $10+tx late fees for three months. I called in and they wouldn't budge on anything. Truly horrible service. Incredibly slow on the phone and chat, at least one hour for every phone call and chats were just shy of one hour.
I have cancelled everything and am switching providers.
I absolutely hate Rogers.

Worst experience ever
October 7, 2020

I switched to Rogers a week ago, HUGE mistake! I was verbally abused by a technician, and given the run around daily about my non functioning internet and TV services. Have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get problems resolved, have had to miss important business meetings because internet is intermittent, and have had a revolving door of technicians in my home during COVID. Avoid them at all costs

They make everything is complicated. They have nothing good to offer on the basic package so you HAVE TO upgrade. Trying to find out what each channel is good luck. It's ridiculous. I am trying to get help OMG. Grr. How ridiculous! We need a competitor!

I have been on hold three different times for an average of two hours each time all for the same issue that is still not resolved. Rogers messed up my brand new account when I signed up for the first time and cancelled the account but still billed me for it. Couldn't email me my contract or account number so I could set up the modem but could definitely email the bill to me. Account is still messed up after talking to customer service and it repeatedly. Useless!

3 and half hours on hold (4 hours in total on the phone) with nothing accomplished! Rogers is one of the worst companies in Canada! Stuff don't care, and not knowledgeable! Still on hold. Money grabbers! Unacceptable! Time to move to bell!

I have had the misfortune of being a loyal Rogers customer for over 20 years yet they consistently disappoint me in so many ways I have lost count. For example, if I am one day late paying my bill, they cut my data. But they sure don't mind keeping me on hold for 2 hours when I'm trying to get through to a human being to ask a question. Recently, they shipped me a new phone I've ordered online, via FedEx of all the ridiculous shipping companies to use, and when that phone gets lost/stolen by a FedEx employee and I never receive it, Rogers will NOT send me a new replacement one, they will not go the extra mile to try and track the phone down, yet will thank me for my loyalty! So yay for me, I get to pay for a phone I have never received, and the multi-billion dollar Rogers scammers, get richer by the second!
