I'm just burned up livid from the past most recent recieved help from Roger's experience. Not happy. Thank you for breaching my patients levels.

Between Dates of:
1) Date July 5th 2023 initial setup. Trasnfer from Shaw. Shaw was way better! Still incomplete!. Never Never ever reacieved the 1st Sim Card from Rogers. For 2 phones already--owned.
2) Between July 26th and 27th 2023 only got way more drastically worse by each try and attempt.
3) July 26th 2023 = about 2 or 3 associates before trying to end my attempts of trying for the day. 2 or 3 associates ago. That day. My fiances/ 2nd phone services has somehow got badly disconnected after them trying to = "Port" the phone. 100% did NOT work! Even after being payed for the month with Shaw!.
4) Then I was asked to still keep waiting: July 26th 2023. With the promise of getting my 2 Sim cards within 2 buisness days. By then I already lost all hope and trust. Including all patients lost. To these people. That barely wanted to even give me a single thing for compensation! Like Nothing!
5) Roger's is very horrible. A) At transferring calls like NEVER Never ever works. B) even the Supervisors barely know their jobs! C) Each time I call or transfer always you have to. Give all your information again and again. Each time you want to speak to manager. Each person at Roger's always needs to know. What is the complaint and what for! No. I ""wanted manager services!""

6) July 27th 2023 after looking at reviews online I decided I don't trust these Roger's services because they are probably going to be bad to me long run as well. So decided and did sign up with a completely better Mobile provider. Got me set up instantly. With no hastles.
7) July 27th 2023 I had the worst Nightmare with Roger's again. They just barely barely knew how to Cancel my subscription. For mobile. Took a other 3 associates plus 1 Supervisor. That couldn't do it much either. Got services canceled at some point.
8) July 27th 2023 Nightmare with Roger's Continued since they only had 1 of 2 tracking numbers for the Sim Cards was supposed to be x2. In their systems of notes. They didn't. They only had 1 tracking number.
9) Decided telling them that from now on because im with a provider that I'm happier with already since begining of my call works today. Told Rogers that its their job to Recalling Sim cards x2 and doing a successful cancelation of my mobile with Roger's. This problem is No longer Mine. This Problem belongs to Roger's since they Royally screwed my phone services up each and ever *** time. And my numbers Each times on the mobile app!
10) Roger's the Nightmare Zone.

Anyone considering to go with Roger's? I wouldn't recommend it at all. It's a waste of time and commitment.

Rogers Premium Protection Plan is Non-Existent

This company is simply crooks and liars. I was robbed on New Years Eve and had my phone stolen.

They asked me for Proof of Address from their list on their website. After explaining to them I do not have anything on the list they essentially told me "too bad". Rogers called them on my behalf and I spoke with Tier 2 group twice. Each time they told me over the phone that due to my circumstances they can take my Wireless Service Agreement as Proof.

Each time I sent it in they have rejected it, basically lying to me over the phone.

This company is inherently useless. I need my phone for my job and being without one has compromised my livelihood and ability to earn income. Likewize refuse to do their jobs due to a loophole and the fact I don't have any the bills that they accept as "Proof". I have offered bank statements and even my SIN but still no service.

Likewize are essentially scammers and are not legitimate in how they deal with customers.

I was mugged on NYE and have been treated the same by the company as I was by my assailants. Shame on Likewize as well as Rogers for setting up camp with a company as useless and vindictive as Likewize.

Do yourself a favor and never sign a contract or a premium protection plan with this company. They will railroad you and refuse service if they have any ability to do so. I have not had a phone for 25 days due to their inept service.

Also, do not use Rogers for premium as this is their 3rd party company they work through. Rogers will say it's in-between you and Likewize when they are called out. Rogers is also complicit in lying and not helping customers when they are actually needed for once.

All in all, Likewize operates with ill intent and has no intention of helping you unless forced to do so. Very poorly run, inhumane company that lacks respect for the people who line their pockets.

Worse money I have ever spent on a service.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Terrible service, even worse staff and a standard of ineptitude that is so bad it is almost impressive

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PHONE PROTECTION.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Likewize Cons: Lie to customers, Create loopholes to justify no service, Nearly impossible to get a hold of, Terrible employees.

Tip for consumers:

Do not use Rogers. They are liars and will not aide you if you need help. Their Protection Plan is a joke and non-existent. They are shameful and irresponsible.

Where do I begin... Ever since I started out with them I had issues after issues, it started with the homephone. The technician who came in to hook me up did not check the phone line to see if a tone came through So i had to call up for tech support only to have been told they couldn't do anything after trying to reboot it from their end. Then after that I was sent over to someone else cause I wanted their premier package that they offered, firstly false advertising on that part. Secondly tell the customer how many they are able to switch out in the advertising and not have them figure it out themselves. Anyway I had to wait almost 24 hrs to be able to do anything and that was after ending call with them the first time. Then found out the next day thinking that everything was perfectly fine and calling in just for some assistance from them to find out what I actually am owing with taxes and they WERE HONEST about that. However because of what the technician had done which was removing a box I was supposed to receive, that the promotion I was on that reduced the bill for two years naturally came off my account which was supposed to have been fixed and perdition placed back on, so when I saw my first bill I was told 184 with taxes but instead saw it as 264, i was back on the phone, the account then was supposed to have been credited however after the first few redflags since the first day they shot off highly dought it was. So fast forward to yesterday I received the mobile simcard with my new number from them, I had three spam calls from the same caller then again today so I called rogers after taking out the Sim and said I want to cancel it, customer rep was one of the kinder ones that actually hopefully did her job right. She even looked into my internet bundle however when I asked her how much am I really paying after all that hubbub she said 204 a month cause the 75 dollar discount was never included back in the first place like it was supposed to have been... I'll say is that they offer better channels and you can switch them out to what you want it to be. But the customer service I had thus far were rude and unwilling and acting as though I was a black sheep in white wool and a few even sounded irritated and wanted me off the phone... I'm glad I switched back with Bell. I have nothing against Rogers but at the same time... There is a lot of things you need to fix, one being how to treat customers, secondly empathy, third tell the truth, rip it like band aid but be kind about it, and so much more especially listening to your customers.

I am very angry with your company i am a senior i have the cable, internet and phone i pay my grandson pays his cell phone they are all on one bill' i was told my bill would be 141-17 a month as he pays his own cell bill. Now you guys are trying to say i am over 600 dollars behind on my bill. Which is crazy if there are things on my bill i never added them. But the lady i spoke to said you owe it, people who moved in upstaires tryed to get into our box when they moved in, than they decided to get rogers. You guys called our number the day you came to hook it up saying we were getting the cable.so i think the guy has it that we orderd this stuff when it was them. I want this settle at once as i am not paying over 600 dollars my bill is payed like clock work the end of every moth. My grandsons name is jordan gallant, my name is sandra gallant we live at 15 dafoe cresent side door in brampton ont, l6y2l1. The people upstaires still have there stuff hooked up but there has not been a rogers bill come here for them as we use the same mailbox and i get the mail. They don't pay their rent they are being evicted so they are the ones this bill belongs too. My grandsons phone number for his cell is *******338. If this is not settled i will cancel everything as i am a senior and i pay my bills but not something that is not mine. I called before christmas i was on line for 4 hours with 4 differany people the last l; ady i talked to said we think we know what the problem is mam and i was faxing a complain in right now. Well they are still calling my grandson saying his cell is being cut off again he just payed on it and is paying agaimn next week i will pay mine on the 29th
