Rocket Lawyer provided me with a Bill of Sale for a truck that I was selling and a great customer experience. I easily saved $250 dollars while getting a professional-looking Bill of Sale document, and I didn't have to go to town or make a phone call to talk to a lawyer.

Great easy and efficient Just too expensive!

I really enjoy using the process which I needed quickly BUT THE price is excessive $20 for a small letter is extreme

It was a pleasure working with this company. I went to the tryout and did a lease and it was easy to understand and even offered eSigning but after a couple day I decided to cancel because I realized, as a registered Realtor, that I have access to eSign thru my association membership.

I called RocketLawyer today to request a refund as I had canceled my subscription back in June, but was charged for July and August 2021. Randy understood completely and reversed those charges, which once again reinforced why RocketLawyer is the go to place for those requiring wills, living trusts, promissory notes or other legal document templates.

I have used rocket lawyer a few times for business purposes setting up the LLC and different forms needed for loans etc. I need to do a will so definitely thinking of using them for personal reasons

Had an issue with Google saying this was a free revive and after filling out all the forms, the site was asking for a fee to be paid. Karena resolved problem immediately

I had a good experience using Rocket Lawyer. Although it was just a free trial, they treated me the same as paying members. It was also very easy to downgrade/cancel my membership.

They think I was complaining about their premium service that is paid monthly.
In actuality. They charged me (document fee) 4 times for what ended up being 1 document that sits unfinished.

Only needed one form and used the free trial. It was easy to cancel. If I need additional forms or documents, I'll return to Rocket Lawyer and be glad to even pay.

Using the document service was great. Easy to fill in the blanks and go

The only issue I have is that your Rate Your Experience requires too many characters on the description.

Over-all positive and professional. Kevin was respectful to my request.

Rocket Lawyer was great. I just signed up for the 5-day trial and I printed an eviction notice right away and it worked perfectly right away so I canceled the 5-day trial on it cuz I don't need any longer. And also Kristina was wonderful to work with.

McKenna was very attentive and thorough. She provided prompt information and follow-through.
