The staff member was very helpful and informative around my effort to get refunded for a subscription that I was automatically enrolled in, which I was unaware of.

I don't have a review, just a question. I filled out a form for an Affidavit of Heirship putting down all the information for property, now I am afraid I may be scammed out of my property. How legit is this company?

I called in to cancel my service Ediana assisted me. She was quite the pleasure to speak to. She quick and efficient even though I was a lil moody at the beginning of the call because I couldn't remember which of the 7 emails I used.

I thought the process was easy to use and the forms seemed to give me EXACTLY what I needed BUT it turned out to just be a way to refer lawyers who told me the forms were no good. Don't know if that's true or not, but the lawyers don't seem to think the forms are legal as they are written! Rocket Lawyer did refund my money.

We recently experimented with a trial document that we found we did not need. Our call for refund/cancellation of the unrequired memebership was handled with grace and ease. We will certainly call on RocketLawyer for any needs we may have in future.

I was not able to down load or print my document since I had some space's blank on purpose, to be filled out later.
Since I was not able to do so I canceled the service. Canceling was very simple and easy.
