I do not write rave reviews on people, but in this instance, I felt like I should do so. I was a former CPA for 27 years and Realtor since 2005, owning my own real estate firm. So, I am not an easy person to please. I am in a new area with a very complex arrangement where the owner developer controls most of the 1,500 listings in the area. I have been trying to develop a website that would be at least informative and not cause the 600-pound gorilla to come after me because of my website. If I had put my website out as I had worked it up, I would have crushed the copyright laws as they applied to the developer and I would have been in a world of trouble. Fortunately, I decided to go on Rocket Lawyer and asked some basic questions. Terry Gresl with Schiehallion IP Consulting, LLC answered my questions and the more we got into the details of the situation the more I knew I was in over my head. Terry took control and found documents prepared by the developer that outlined what I could and could not do as a Realtor on my website. We then went over several of the various documents I had prepared previously and reworked them to follow the guidelines that Terry found. She was always very prompt in responding to my questions and was there to give me advice during the whole process. In the end Terry sent an email to the developer with copies of the documents that we had prepared and requested they review them and give us feedback. I could not have been happier when they got back with us and said what we had sent in would pass their guidelines. Now all I have to do is go back and revise 170+ documents and flyers to fit the outline that we had worked up. I highly recommend that you contact Terry if you have any copywrite issues. After having set up my LLC through Legal Zoom in 2015, I was ready to add my two friends who have helped get to where we are now in late 2017. I wanted to get a clear agreement on what we had been discussing for years, and was able to do so at moments notice through Rocket Lawyer. I even foolishly left out one of the three signature slots and got a fix on the phone within minutes, and we are all signed and ready to start 2018 off with a bang. Will probably pick up a membership soon, so all the legal questions that come up can be handled with confidence.

My experience with Rocket Lawyer has been very good. The deed forms that I used were easy to use and well done. I suggest the following changes to the form. 1) Change the "Mail Tax Statements To" info to show somewhere else on the the form instead of creating a blank page with only the mailing info. 2) Add an "Additional Provisions" section. (3) The Grantor Acknowledgement page spacing for signature lines needs to larger to accommodate normal size writing and signatures.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on and off for years. I've never found the need to try another search method. On inquiries about specific topics, there are attorney relationships with Rocket Lawyer which result in quick responses and lots of good information. I also use this site for document production. My experience with calling for the infrequent membership change has been very positive.

We had a slight billing issue, but the agent I spoke to (Patricia) was able to get it straightened out and got my account set up the way I needed. She was friendly and knowledgeable, a genuine pleasure to talk to.
Rocket is a great service that allows you to create all sorts of documents for printing/saving. It's a great self-service tool and saves me a ton of money on things that I don't really need an attorney for.

She issued the appropriate refund and emphasized (twice) that it might not appear on my credit card statement for 7-10 days. Jacob did an amazing job helping me resolve my issue, but this isn't the first time it's happened. I'd give a lower star rating if it didn't affect Jacob's QA. The site continuously loses track of important documents that have already been signed. This causes friction with clients as I have to have them sign duplicate documents repeatedly.
