Callaway 3 wood ordered and advised would be drop ship and ready for shipping roughly 3to 10 days after. After 14 days had to contact store to get any action and again 7 days later to get any delivery advice( after requesting cancellation of order) goods finally arrived after a full month from time of ordering
I guess I should have known that for the price I paid for my rain suit it wasn't going to be a quality product. I ordered a Medium. The pants fit like an extra large and I couldn't even zip up the jacket as it was so small. I can't even describe the material it was made from as I have never seen it before. Somewhere between tin foil and vinyl.
This is the second time I have ordered from Rock Bottom Golf. Each time my order arrived intact, complete, and ahead of the estimated arrival time. Considering these facts and their reasonable prices, I will always do my mail order golf shopping with Rock Bottom Golf first!
Great prices, it is sad though that shipping is not free when you spend over a certain amount, but that is alright. The shipping problem I had was they but the shaft in the box and then the 6 bxs of balls I got where just dumped in the box and the over cover was bent to fix, it was still a tight fight so they did'nt just dump out. Other then that it was great all around.
This was my first purchase at RockBottomGolf, a new golf bag as mine has sat idle in a garage for over a dozen years and was uncleanable. Anyway, so far so good and I know I saved money after checking some other locations.
Great customer service I ordered from them in the middle of December and received the product in 3 to 4 days. I have ordered other things from other companies around the same time and I still have not received them. I will be ordering from Rockbottom from here on out especially when I go to get my new clubs in March or April thank you for the great service.
The product and the service were both great. Couldn't believe how quickly I received my product. The cart is just as the customer service stated it was. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
I received both the 1/4 zip pullover and the size 7 Etonic golf shoes. Both have been returned to Rock Bottom Golf and I have received a credit back for the pullover but not as yet for the shoes as they were a bit small. I have ordered and received a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

If you buy from this company and do not read the small print or the opt out at check out you will end up with useless "free" magazines. I bought a shaft and ended up with a wine magazine and cigar magazine delivered to my house "free". The catch is if you do not discontinue the publisher charges you for a renewal. What does this have to do with buying a golf shaft! Complain and they will tell you to read the small print- STAY AWAY INSTEAD
Great site and super deals on the site. I got the product a couple days before I was told I would get it so I am happy. The product is eferything i expected. GREAT! I purchased golf shoes and was concerned about fit but they fit perfectly.
They sent epoxy that was old and the white mix was hardened already, however they did replace it. Another problem with the same order was that it was missing the Taylormade grip kit. They would not do anything about it and couldn't explain the 'E' written on the packing slip( in the grip kit column) by someone doing the order.?
Be very wary of this company!
I've saved considerably shopping on RockBottom Golf from a $300 Odessey putter purchased on Black Friday for $100 to a $400 Titliest driver purchased for $195 from the used "like new" part of the site. The club was a gift and in pristine condition, not a scratch on it. I've also bought golf clothes at 50% off. Can't go wrong

Ordered on 9th April and delivered on 17th, no complaints about delivery. Would have been useful to know in advance that I had to pay both brokerage fees ( not a problem) and customs duty. I expected to pay HST but not duty on an item made in the USA. I realise this is not RBG's fault, but the brokerage fee could be included in the delivery cost calculation.
All that being said, I love the driver and would recommend it and RBG to anyone.
I purchased a taylormade m4 3 wood for my wife. I was sent m4 5 wood. After contacting customer service sent back the 5 wood and while that was in transit they shipped the 3 wood to me. Their customer service was outstanding

I ordered the buy one get one free Srixon golf balls. Initially i selected 2, but when i got to checkout, it didn't look right so i increased it to 2. What i received was 3 dozen golf balls instead of four. I got two dozen at the one dozen price & one dozen at the full price. Ordering should have been easier. I feel like i was screwed out of a dozen golf balls.

It is everything i expected. Easy to hit and great distance, just as my new titlist t2 driver. I finally switched to a senior shaft, it has made a whole lot of difference in my swing speed and distance. Both my new three wood and driver have senior shafts. Do not purchase from Rock Bottom as their so called 90 day guarantee is a scam. I have a driver that I purchased less than 45 days ago and they now say that the club is not valid for that guarantee because of new inventory. DONT offer a 90 day guarantee if it is NOT for 90 days
