In my last order I bought 2 used clubs. If you are buying used clubs, the cheaper they are, generally the more used they are. The clubs I bought were worn, but still very serviceable. Thank you
Nice bag and light weight. Taylor Made golf bags are great, great colors and well made. I have bought at least 5 Taylor Made golf bags in the last 10 years, both cart bags and carry bags. When I travel I bring my cart bag, more room to carry more equipment.

I bought a golf bag and golf shoes from this company. The bag was great. The shoes did not fit. I returned the shoes. They did not refund my money. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. They don't return emails. So the shoes cost $100 and they got them back (cost me $20 to mail back by UPS). When I filed a complaint with my credit card, they offered $40 to resolve dispute. Stay away from this company!
Had some shipping issues, box was open and lost 2 items. Notified RBG and they replaced the items with no questions asked. The replacement items arrived within 2 days. I couldn't be more happy with their customer service.
I ordered something from them. Less than 5 minutes after I ordered it, I requested to cancel the order. Two days later they shipped the item and said my request to cancel the order was denied!
They explained that I could return the item after I received it as long as I paid return shipping and accepted a 15% restocking fee. Unreal.
I got a great cart golf bag for a great price. It was by far the least expensive when I ordered it. However, when you see the. Low price buy it. I noticed it went up recently to the price all the other websites were asking.
Rock Bottom filled my order exactly as I ordered it, they did everything they said they would when they said they would do it.
I received my order a day ahead of schedule.
I can't speak to issues others may have had, I had none!

The variety of merchandise is amazing and they truly stand by their guarantee of 100% satisfaction. I was a bit skeptical while browsing their site and decided to take a chance and wasn't disappointed.
Rock Bottom delivered as promised, two days. (5stars) Somewhat disappointed with the irons. (3 stars)They felt really harsh, even on we'll hit shots. To be fair, my previous set does have steelfiber graphite shafts where these have steel. Gonna keep the clubs and reshaft them with steelfiber shafts. Should. E ok then.
I've never had a problem with rockbottom. Initially I was a bit miffed as the order was delayed in fulfillment for a few days, with a estimated delivery of April and I wanted the clubs before then for a golf trip. I was then surprised when they arrived this week. At the end of the day I am pleased with this purchase.

They delivered as advertised. The Rangefinder I received was exactly what I wanted and the two rechargeable batteries and charger was a nice bonus. Their customer service has always been great from everything I have ordered from them. Great to buy from.
TThe Hot-Z 3.5 cart bag was just the size I wanted and weighs as much as 3.5 feathers.
Plenty of pockets for gear as well as one for cold beverages. The large rigid handle on top makes it easy to maneuver from car trunk to cart. I looked at several bags but decided on this bag because of the features and price. The shipping was reasonable and super quick
I havve used the f9 several times since my purchased it. I was using a cobra flyz previously, which I was happy with, but as i have gotten older (age 69), my distace started suffering. Averaged about 200 on drives. Now, and this is the truth, easily 220 to 240. My friends are in awe. Plus, it is definitely straighter. I can draw or fade with it too. Buy it.

I have been ordering from Rock Bottom for over 6 years and I have never had an issue with my order, some times it is 20 or 30 items and have never had a mispick or never had an item missing, always spot on. And I always seem to get my delivery before the date it says I should get it. Like doing business with them.

What a great transaction! Upgraded from my Titleist 714 AP1s to the T300s. Clubs took a couple of weeks to be built in Carlesbad by Titleist, but it was worth the wait. Free shipping and no sales tax were nice touches.
Great quality of build (of course it's Titleist!) and the clubs are beautiful and perform great. Played my first round with the new irons and almost broke 80. No buyer's remorse here. Will definitely go to Rock Bottom Golf for my next major golf purchase.
I recently purchased both 3 and 5 Tight Lies woods, a Wilson 7 wood, and a Tour Edge 11 wood from Rock Bottom Golf. All of them were new and at really great prices. If you're in Canada don't bother ordering from Rock Bottom Golf, they don't accept ANY credit cards that are issued in Canada. And the people you have to deal with about this are not helpful. I tried THREE different credit cards and their site declined them all. Would not recommend this site to anyone really!
Hi Molly. If your card was declined it would be by your bank, not us. We absolutely do accept international cards & take international orders daily. We recommend if you cannot get your card to work to use PayPal or call into sales and someone will be happy to place the order via phone. Our number is 877-540-4653.
I thought I got a great price on clubs and a driver. I got an email saying we cannot process your order@$767, when I asked why they said talk to your bank. My bank said everything is fine, all of a sudden rockbottom can process the same order at $1500. This site is a joke and shouldn't be trusted.
