Dont bother

Ordered an XL tee. Size was more like a smalll.
Not even on the ball park of an XL.
It was obviously mis labeled. They claim they have no control over sizes. Though I did get a refund. I had to eat my shipping charge. Horrible experience.

Do not trust or buy from this company. They sent me a used item out of packaging and stained with blue pen and when I contacted them to reimburse me as it is now too late for me to return to get a new one for a present, they expect me to pay to return it before reimbursing me and it would then cost me even more! They were rude and also had nerve to send an email saying they will not take items that have been used back but they are the ones who sent me a used item! But at your own risk! Do not trust these people!

I would recommend them but, I'd warn ya if your in a hurry to receive your order you may be disappointed, it seems to take awhile and we've experienced back-orders alot, but, all in all it's a real good company they have a great selection of product in the music district, hard to find collector items and band apparel, and lots of novelty items. They have a great catalog they include with your order that is impressive. I'd say give them a try and check them out for yourself, it is actually worth the wait.

Order a shirt got messed up in shipping carrier sent it back didn't get all my money back rockabilia said restocking fee got Amazon involved. Amazon refunded me rest of my money. Never again. 0 rating

I would give them -10+ if I could. I bought a tee shirt from New Zealand. It was delivered in good time, but my credit card was compromised and used for $1000 of other purchases. I am still negotiating with the card company over these. I used a limited credit card that I only use for international purchases, so I know it was not a different company or my computer that caused the problem. I have complained and had no reply.

I felt good from the beginning with my order. They were very professional outfit, friendly, nice and was quick to get my order out. Received my poster 7 days from ordering. Previous seller it took 35 days of nothing but headaches and a nightmare. Ebay helped me get a refund on first poster from first seller! I recommend Rockabilia, not every is perfect in the world of enternet and shipping handlers but Rockabilia is a fair company, ask questions before buying,

Great customer service

Have read a few reviews and to be honest I was nervous ordering from them but I have to say everything went perfectly.

Most items were shipped right away and I received them within a week. There was one item that was delayed but they told me it would be delayed before I even placed the order. This item was shipped 2 weeks later as they said it would and it is on it's way!

I emailed the company as soon as I ordered to just make sure that everything would be shipped right away and they responded within an hour.

As far as I am concerned, they provide excellent customer service.

Misleading

Very unsatisfied! I purchased some items off their website only to find out that half of the items on my order that quote unquote available at the time were not! Can you just put out of stock instead of misleading? I more then likely wouldn't have ordered it. Now they hold the whole order until they have the missing items. Ha every other site states so not in stock. Very unprofessional,! Very inconvenient!

I ordered a red shirt and they sent an obviously pink one. They refused to pay the return shipping charges. I then got Amazon involved as that is where I made the Rockabilia purchase. I sent a photo as proof. Amazon wholeheartedly agrees the shirt was pink but the rude woman from Rockabilia in Minnesota implied that the photo was a fake. Lol She said if she got a pink shirt back to hold in her hands she`d reimburse the return shipping. After receiving the liar called it red and refused to reimburse. Amazon covered the return shipping costs for them, but given all the bad reviews should just boot them off the site.

After ordering a flag with priority shipping, I wait a week then call them to find out that the item never shipped due to a technical error of theirs even though the item was in stock the whole time. They offer to refund the shipping, but I'm on a tight schedule which is why I ordered priority shipping in the first place. The people on their phone lines gave me attitude for requesting overnight shipping for free because of their mistake. I can't wait another week for their mistake so I had to pay an extra $22 for overnight shipping when I already should have had the flag days ago. I wish I checked the reviews before I even placed the order so I wouldnt have been a fool checking the mail every day for a flag that they didn't even ship yet. Telling all my friends and colleagues to stay away from this business.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. My fiancee paid 6.99 for a Halloween mask... we got it and it was made out of paper. We get told if we return it we must pay shipping and a restock fee of $5.00... so after the shipping and the restock fee we would basically be paying you to take it back... Not happy at all. I have purchased a lot of band shirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs from your website. Never again.

A few months ago in April I ordered 2 shirts from this company and haven't received them yet and it is July almost August, their costumer service is terrible and they insult you after they scam you! Most ridiculous site I've ever tried to buy merch from, please people spend your money elsewhere

Good experience

Just recieved a bunch of merch. The quality exceeded my expectations. Everything was exactly as pictured. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because I didn't realize it takes them an additional 5-7 days to process the order before it's actually shipped. However, when I emailed them wondering why it was taking so long, they did respond in a swift manner. Also, their sizes are very limited. I can't tell you how many times I'd fall in love with a shirt only to find out that it wasn't in stock. But yeah, over all I had a good experience.

*Update* Their t-shirts shrunk quite a bit after a wash. Luckily, they were a little big on me to begin with so now they fit me perfect. Still happy. Just keep that in mind.

Don't rely on any of the information that the website provides. I'm exagerrating but to be brutally honest, they maybe have 90% of their items on backorder. The whole idea of the company is to have you place an order, wait for months to receive it (which you wont), call and complain (to their 10 year old customer service reps who don't get paid enough to give a crap), and be ripped off of your original shipping charge which won't be refunded. Through these small transactions of 8$, the company survives. The manager is never there. I have received their catalogues all throughout my high school years way back when and it's sad to see things turn out soo poorly for this company. Worse yet, they comment on online reviews with cocky remarks and insults. How is that going to help the company at all? Sad. Unprofessional. Need proof? Check out all of the claims on the Better Business Bureau website.

They sent me a white shirt with a red marking on it. I contacted them, they told me to sent it back and they said it had been washed and began refusing a refund, exchange or even a return of the product. SO they basically just blatantly stole my money. I would like to note that I had not washed the shirt. They sent it to me, I took pictures as it had a red pen marking, nail polish or blood on it. Then they refused a return/exchange/refund. Thieves. I see I am not the only one, do not buy anything from this company they will rob.

Never order clothes from this site. Some of the products they sell have never actually existed, and most've the ones that have aren't actually in stock. Trying to get a refund from them after going through their mess of a costumer service system is absolute Hell. Waited months for a jacket, it never came. Asked about it and was told it was out of stock when I purchased. Shocker, it was, and still IS marked as in stock on their website. Took weeks just to get my refund after– not including shipping. They've done this to dozens of other people. If you don't push they more than likely won't even refund you for items you never receive, just give you store credit. I'm also pretty sure they clear the reviews on their actual website. For the amount of people on this site, other review apps, and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, etc) that've had so many issues, it's shocking to see they have a 4 star rating on their own website. Total scam. Has been one going back nine years. Always research websites before buying!

Terrible store

I ordered a couple of overpriced shirts from these guys and one was 2 sizes short of what I ordered and they tell me I have to pay for shipping to send it back, even though it was their mistake. Bank charge back is a beautiful thing when dealing with scammers like Rockabillia.

All of the negative stories here are true. I ordered a few times from Rockabilia. What I learned: it's always a gamble when you order anything from them whether you will even get it or not. The items that do eventually come take months to arrive. I mean like four months to five months sometimes. They are extremely hard to get a hold of, a bunch of $#*!s, they will give you the run around and make a ton of excuses on why you still have not received your merchandise. I spend a couple thousand to a few thousand dollars a year in Metal merchandise. I can tell you there are a lot better suppliers out there. DO NOT give this company your money. They lie, they cheat, they make excuses, and do not take responsibility for the company they run. They will try to blame you for the problems. They will take your money and you may or may not get what you ordered. You have been warned!

This company is the perfect example of why people don't order online. They take your money with no problem. Then to get the hoodie you paid for in SEPTEMBER, that's a different story. Be prepared to be ignored for the long haul. IF you speak to a customer service agent, its some person that obviously does not enjoy her job. These guys have my money, if I had my hoodie, then there wouldn't be an issue. But it js December, there is snow, and I have no hoodie. Its a shame that there are still people in this world that screw people. But this entire experience has made me hope there is a heaven. Just so there is a hell, for the one purpose of housing all of rockabilia when this world is done with them

Purchase a t-shirt from them May 14th 2020.
Contacted them by email a few weeks later asking them what was going on with my order. Received an message from them telling me they (finally/supposedly?) shipped my order JUNE 19,2020...
It's july 28th and I still didn't receive anything yet.
I won't make business with them ever again and I'm gonna make sure my friends do the same as well.
