I was very nervous after reading these reviews LMAO, i thought it wasn't gonna show but it arrived and it's great, the print is good quality, the material is good quality, it's a good size, and it was here in 2 weeks and i'm in australia My fav shirt, my only negative experience (which was my mistake) is i didn't realise it was in USD not AUD, so if you're in another country don't forget to make sure it's in your currency ;))
I would give zero stars if I could. First off, I think there are a lot of fake reviews on here that are boosting their score. If you search on the internet, you can find Reddit pages devoted to sharing the headache this company will give you. I ordered an item and when I called because no shipping info had been given after 8 business days (in a 5-10 day shipped), I was completely belittled. I have never been spoken to like that from someone in customer service and it was an inquiry about shopping time since it was for a birthday. We love band merch but they have forever lost several customers in my family and friends. I am now devoting my time to sharing how horrendous this company is.

The agent who answered the phone was very rude and dismissive. Her condescending attitude shows no empathy when dealing with a customer. She did not attempt to help the situation and keep me coming back to spend money. She made it worse with her rudeness. Keep your overpriced bootleg merch that looks nothing like the image on your site. Ill spend money elsewhere moving forward. Perhaps she should be packing orders in the warehouse, not answering the phones.

I ordered a T-shirt in the US to be shipped to Australia. It started out well...received a tracking number and was able to track it all the way to Australia.
Then...nothing. The item got stuck somewhere post customs and when I got in touch Rockabilia simply said to contact Australian customs myself?!? Without any item info (other than a proprietary tracking number that only their delivery company uses), Australian customs will not know what I'm talking about. It is the responisibility of the delivery company (AsendiaUsa apparently) AND Rockabilia to make sure the item gets delivered.
In other words, customer service at Rockabilia is useless and they don't take responsibility for deliveries. So, save yourself a lot of frustration and don't order from this site!
I ordered shirts from this company for years and they were great but for the past year the quality and sizing has changed. I ordered a shirt I have ordered in the past and when I got it this time the printing was cheap and the shirt did not fit at all. I tried a different size but that didn't fit either. Very frustrating especially when you have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee.

I bought two shirts for 60 bucks in November. I received one of the shirts, the package said the other one would ship later. I never received the second shirt. I've tried to reach out to customer service, but they told me they won't do anything/ don't care. They only have one person that works for their customer service "team", and she is incredibly rude. Reporting them to the BBB

Order somewhere else, I ordered a patch 12/29 and they didn't ship for 4 months, ZERO communication from them that there was any type of delay. Will not recommend them or order from them ever again. Buyer Beware

They misrepresented their shipping window and do not respond to customer service emails. They claim to need up to a month to ship out 1 tshirt. I can get gooda from China faster than that.
Ordered a custom hat on Nov. 25. On Nov. 30, email sent to inform me it was delivered on Dec. 16. No further notification. Called today, spoke with carley and a manager, Shannon who said they can do NOTHING to inquire or resolve. They don't mind taking my money for nothing but because I live in canada, they feel it's OK to fraud me. What a despicable place, don't deserve my money!

"Posting 1 star as I cannot post 0. Ordered overpriced crappy merch at my daughter's request against my better judgement. Got a notification of delivery. We were at home, my neighbors were at home, i am in a house, there is no way in hell this product was delivered. The tracking number is an easypost tracking number leading back to their own site. I contacted "customer service" to explain no shipment was received. Received an email back "we are not responsible for lost or stolen articles, you can re-order at 50%". They could have just stopped the sentence after "we are not responsible". Garbage service, crooks, lesson learned. It was only $33 but my daughter is disappointed as she ordered over a month ago for a birthday this weekend and now has to find an alternate gift. Do NOT buy from this trash site."
Im poor, I saved up for a year, to 3 T shirts. They f****ed up my order and got it wrong. I ordered 3 XXL band shirts. They sent 1 XX band shirt (which was correct) Another shirt (medium sized, so I cant wear it) and the 3rd band shirt they sent me, wasnt even a band I ordered (medium) So I gave them my money, for 3 shirts, and I can only wear one. DO NOT give your money, to these idiots, they are so stupid, they don't know how to pack an order. Assuming humans are working there? Maybe monkeys?
They have a huge selection of music t-shirts & other related merchandise, but their sizing is way off. Got two shirts that said they were slim fit (Ted Nugent & ZZ Top shirts) & I got the large since I'm a pretty stocky guy & most regular fit mediums are somewhat tight while some regular fit larges fit good just a little longer than what I like. These shirts are definitely not slim fit & they are on the bigger side of large as they are bigger than any large shirts I own. Such a downer because these are nice shirts. Now I'm left trying to decide whether to send them back during the holiday season for mediums or trying to shrink preshrunk t-shirts.
I love the products and the customer service is amazing. I need to get a bigger size for my son after I had already order and they accommodated me with no problem. They were also very responsive to my communications.

On August 11th 2023 I made a order from Rockabilia.com I ordered a Beer Stein and a Iron Maiden back patch. Two days later I received the Beer Stein. On August 28th I received a email stating my back patch was delivered and it never was.

I ordered a Thin Lizzy t-shirt (first time I've purchased something from Rockabilia). Ordered a size Large, which usually fits me, but it was a bit small. On the plus side, I was able to return the shirt to Rockabilia and they mailed me an XL in its place. While it took a couple of weeks for them to mail the shirt, they did mail it. Wouldn't you know that the XL is too big for me while the L is too small. Sizes seem to be a bit messed up.
The bad part about Rockabilia's service is that after having worn and washed the Thin Lizzy shirt (the XL size) just a couple of times, I noticed that the left armpit had a hole at least an inch in diameter, where the threading had come apart. I've never had this issue with a t-shirt before. I am positive that I didn't do anything to cause the problem.
I emailed Rockabilia about the problem and they responded by saying that they cannot allow a return after a t-shirt has been worn or washed. I was very disappointed. I understand that they might think that I caused the hole in the armpit area myself, but companies with excellent customer service would allow me to return the shirt for a replacement if it had been worn only a couple of times.
Needless to say, Rockabilia will never get my business again.
Everyone I've talked to who's bought any clothing from here (including myself) has been more than disappointed. I bought a jacket off the website months ago. Had a product number and everything but it never came. It took weeks to get a refund even after that. I've talked to so many people with a similar or worse experience. I wouldn't be shocked if they don't really have half these items in their stock. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I didn't know the shipping time when I went directly to their website, then read it can take a week. So I was pressed for time to get a band shirt before the day of the concert, which was coming soon. So went to their official Ebay store, got a shirt and was delivered to me in three days. Thank you Rockabilia. Good to know they have official licensed band tees that support the artists too.

The shirts I ordered were very poor. They shrunk significantly in the wash to a point where I had to throw them out. Very very poor products.
I made an order more than 2 months ago. 2 months! It hasn't arrived yet, and the costumer support is just a copy-paste message they send to everyone. I tried to contact them 2 times and they just sent me the same response. Looking at other reviews, it looks like im not the only one having these issues. Might as well be a scam, look for merch somewhere else.
First time I ordered from this company they forgot to include one shirt with the order. After I contacted them they sent it. Second time I ordered I received a tee shirt with a defective transfer. When I sent pictures they said there can be "variations" in printing and denied it was a defect. They agreed to a refund, but I'd have to pay shipping. The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost would have been more than the value of the shirt. They advertise "official" merchandise. My purchase was officially defective. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere with a more reputable company.

I bought to grab bags of juniors large and extra-large shirts when they arrived none of them were even remotely the same size and they were all super small. When I contacted the company the customer service tried to blame it on me. I then started posting on their Facebook ads how terrible of a company they were and they responded to me asking for my order information to rectify it. I sent my information to them via instant messenger and they have never responded to me. I went onto the page again today and found out they have blocked me from posting anything! This company is truly the worst company I've ever dealt with their products are cheap and their sizing is not correct!

Rockabilia is a bunch of thieves and scammers, I ordered a band t-shirt, money paid, after more than month no package arrived. When I asked for refund, the shop replied that they cannot do it. When I asked for package number - no reply.
I have my rights in EU which are not respected by this shop. DO NOT BUY THERE

Very unsatisfied! I purchased some items off their website only to find out that half of the items on my order that quote unquote available at the time were not! Can you just put out of stock instead of misleading? I more then likely wouldn't have ordered it. Now they hold the whole order until they have the missing items. Ha every other site states so not in stock. Very unprofessional,! Very inconvenient!
