I had almost $100 worth of unauthorized charges from Roblox. I messaged their customer service and instead of refunding my money, they deleted my sons account and banned all of the devices associated with my email from using Roblox. Super cool of them. So now not only do I have a super pissed off 9 year old because he cant ever play again, but I'm out almost $100. Screw Roblox.

Im giving this a one star so people can see i actually really like the game i would give 5 star normally :). I see people here complaining that the games on Roblox are too violent or/and sexual. Roblox does not make these games. As soon as moderation sees they'll delete it. Don't enter ur password into anything come on.;/

I have been using Roblox since 2018 and I was quite happy with it but when I faced a problems the support showed how unprofessional and ineffective they are... I'd expect better from such a big company. Support is unable to even understand the most basic problems when well explained, got a feeling they don't bother to read my emails and just return a standard response.

Reviews of this game is mostly garbage. People who want to put it down. This game has software which sensors language and in every game you can either report the game or players. Just click on the left top of the screen. Agreed parents should monitor their kids.

Clean for my kids. I play it, other kids at their school play it. It's appropriate for ages 3+. Everyone can find something they want on here. Chat filter works outstandingly, privacy settings can help set who can join them, etc. Would highly recommend!

Roblox would not let my son put God Is good for his name at all and you have to pay for everything like it's for kids! And there's bullying my kid came crying because somebody bullied him DO NOT LET YOUR KID PLAY IT!

In the past 24 hrs I put $50 into this game for my son. We had to pay to get his name changed because they dont tell you, you need to use your gamer tag in xbox one when you sign up. I paid for an avatar that we lost, my son paid for different features and they are all gone. The website is not user friendly. I a trying to find away to contact the company to get my money back.

Trying to resolve an $20 gift card that can't be redeemed because of the numbers on the card. Customer service has fail to help me out! Who keeps $20 receipt when I've purchased hundreds of dollars and never occurred an issue. It's simple check the bar code.

Roblox is a good game for kids. It's also educational. Some parents do not like roblox, but they never really played it. I have played many fun games on roblox. Also roblox got more moderators then any before. So you don't have to worry. Roblox is also a free app unlike minecraft having to pay 7 dollars. Save your money and let your kids play roblox.

I have played Roblox for three years now, and I have loved it :D. People are saying that it isn't for kids (aka Karens :p) and that's not true at all. Though the monitoring could improve a bit, it's still a good game.

Good Game. What would get it 5 stars if the report system worked, have over 1000+ friends, allow you to make accounts with 2 and maybe 1 letter, and have spaces, dashes and periods. Overall it's a good game

Terrible service. Ordered a gift card online as a birthday gift for our grandson. He called us 2 weeks later and told us he still didn't receive it. We called the company and found out they did nothing other than take our money. After establishing a case # with Roblox nothing. No email ever, no call, NOTHING. We cancelled the entire thing. Still waiting for a refund. So proceed with caution.
