Booking the car transport was clear. Our car arrived a day early in fine shape with the exception it was very dirty, though this is to be expected. We have recommended Roadrunner Auto Transport to friends.

Door to door service does not mean door to door service if the driver does not want to come to your house. Thus, you may have to meet the driver somewhere else.
Zack was good, very informative and responsive through the phone. Very careful handling. My car is very low and they made sure to have plenty of ramps and wood bringing it off the trailer to ensure no scrapes of the front bumper. Thank you!

It look longer to book the truck than I expected. Also, I was quoted a price and, when the truck was finally scheduled, I was told that the driver had insisted on payment of $300 more than I was originally quoted. At that point, I just wanted to have the car shipped and was in no position to decline the increased cost. I have used Intercity Lines previously for closed transport and was never the victim of a "bait and switch" like this. I would not consider using Roadrunner again for this reason.
It arrived a day early at night but the driver offered to come back the next day. It came in an enclosed trailer whereas I asked for an open transport. I had to pay about $300 more than I was quaoted because the transport was available at the time and I was not offered an option.
As for the driver, a great guy.

Very helpful and fast. I ordered my car and truck cover Thursday night and received it Saturday morning with free shipping. Both cover look like very good quality and I got half off on both. Very satisfied. Most likely will buy one more cover for my G35
Generally, I had a good experience, however my car was dropped at a place 5 hours closer from the original destination and I was told I would get a $100. Credit which I have not received. I have repeatedly tried contacting Nick Raymundo and left messages for him to call me and he has not returned my call. I would appreciate the $100. Tom, the driver arrived earlier than his estimated time and not only had our car unloaded by the time we arrived, but also had the motor running and the car warming up. Tom also noted a problem he had encountered in starting the car in case it stalled out when we were driving home. It is worth noting that Roadrunner was $30.00 and $80.00 cheaper than the other companies we contacted.
This was so affordable, fast and convenient. I absolutely loved the fact that I could call and speak to my delivery driver directly, anytime regarding dropoff time and everything.

You have the worst customer service system and operators I've ever had.
The inline information is inaccurate and does not track the vehicle. The pick up and drop off dates were off by a days without appropriate information to the customer.

It was good once my vehicle was picked up from Columbas, MS. I had it shipped to San Carlos, CA. It arrived a day earlier than I was told it would be delivered. Thank you very for making sure my it would arrive safe.

I received my car from roadrunner promptly. The process getting it started off smoothly then we ran into issues with the price agreed upon. After talking it through another representative found a carrier that would deliver on the price agreed upon. The carrier was extremely nice and worked well with me to make sure I recieved my car on time.

It was quick and easy for the pickup of my car the delivery was so fast that I had to have a friend accept my car. When I got to Virginia I noticed my windshield was cracked I tried many times to get a hold of the company and I even sent an email with the pictures they asked for and I never got contacted back for it. I gave up and decided to just pay the replacement of my windshield.
Driver was very friendly and on time for pick up. Showed up in Arizona on time also. My car is a 2016 Corvette. Showed up with mud all over the car. Driver said I had to inspect the way it was. I looked the car over the best I could and there was no major damage. So I signed off clear. After cleaning the car I found a 1 inch scratch in the door that was not there when it left. I called roadrunner and complained and have never received a response. This was my first experience shipping a car across country and I learned not to send on an open trailer. This is a car that I will be shipping back and fourth twice a year. I will use a different company next time.
My experience was awful. I could never get into contact with anyone regarding my order. I called dozens of times and left emails and voicemails; no one would answer or return my calls. My cars were not picked up when I scheduled them, and I had to make other arrangements for them to be picked up as I was moving out of state and could not wait for the carrier. I had made my appointment in May; I needed my cars shipped in June; I did not get assigned a carrier until July. I was very unsatisfied with the process. The lack of communication and caring about my situation was highly unprofessional. I eventually received my cars, but at an expense (changing the pick up location to another state, rental cars as I waited for my cars to arrive). I will not use RoadRunner's services again.
It was a little nerve wracking making connection with the dispatcher. That was the only tense part. The call to my home stated something like: if you don't call back within x-hours your appointment will be cancelled. Well I just happened to be home to receive that call, but what if were at work where I ordinarily would be? Would I have lost out? As far as the broker, Zack, he was very helpful, accessible, and informative; and I very much liked the drivers Ridgehauler Transport who actually moved the truck. I would definitely use Roadrunner again. Thank you.
The car arrived in good condition.
We made clear many times that there would be no at the reception point before the 16th, which was the date planned for it's arrival. It came several days early, and this created an issue. It also cost us for the storage.
There was also confusion in that they needed full payment of the storage before delivery, and for sometime would no acknowledge that the payment had been made at the time of pickup.
The original quote for the delivery of the car was determined to be wrong and they needed to increase the price by about $200 after the reservation had been made.
