I purchased a premium Schuberth helmet. When I received it, the outside shipping box was alright, but the helmet box was not closed and actually ripped. The helmet appeared alright at first, but then I found a very loose air vent control that made noise in the wind. Revzilla resolved the issue by sending me a NEW helmet in perfect condition (And the box it came in was new and unopened), but I should never have been sent the original "Used/defective" helmet in the first place.

Purchased a helmet and I used the size chart to determine the correct size. However, it turned out to be too small so I had to return it. The process was quick and easy. Only complaint was it took too long to receive the helmet. The return was quick and simple.
The jeans fit my boyfriend like a glove. They weren't too tight or too short. He mentioned how they weren't nearly as heavy as other motorcycle jeans that he wears and was very pleased with the purchase. I will definitely order these again for him.

Revzilla has been great to use since I shipped with them in 2014. Great everytime we purchase anything though the. Gloves, helmet, jacket, riding shoes. Everytime they have helped. Even when my shoes tore they refunded me new ones when I sent them back.
I called a week ago to ask a question about a helmet. The individual really didn't know anymore than I did about the product. He basically just read the specs to me which is what I had already done numerous times. I asked him a specific question and finally said he would reach out to his coworkers and get back with me. Needless to say, I still haven't heard a word.
Now I will say this in revzilla's defense. It normally isn't like this. I think i just happened to get an individual that was #1, unfamiliar with that product. And #2, didn't follow through with what he said he would do.

I purchased a Cardo Pack Talk Black which appears to be an awesome find but I'm here to review the outstanding customer service that I received as well as the fast and free shipping. I called to ask an agent a question before I made the purchase and an agent promptly answered the phone and quickly answered my question. Also, before the call was ended she also informed me of where I could get help on the installation. I can't fail to mention the fact that RevZilla may be one of the quickest shippers that I've ever dealt with... that's why RevZilla is my first stop when I'm buying.

Had to return expensive items because they did not fit (my fault). I had even removed tags before returning (again, my fault). Returns were accepted quickly and a got a full refund.
