I purchased a yellow, jacket reflector to wear over my jacket. I'm 6'2" and ordered and extra large. The vest arrived and I was taken back by how cheap this vest looked for the $40! I paid for it. Lastly, the jacket size was a medium. I would never order a medium. They then charged me $10 to return it. To make matters worse I'm not getting these annoying text messages from Revzilla which is a reminder of how they screwed me. Amazon had a higher quality jacket for half the price AND they won't charge me for return shipping like revzilla. Especially when THEY messed up.

Everything was great, I ordered the pants I wanted, and got an expected shipping date of the following Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around, and the tracking now says the following Tuesday. Ok, annoying, but whatever. I go for a ride in the Mountains on Friday, and I get an email saying "your order has been delivered!" While I was an hour away. Anyway, I know it's not really y'all's fault, but I wanted to say something 👖 Thanks!

Shortly after placing my order for what I thought was going to be win, win. The shin guard knee pads were delivered and just looking through the plastic bag that they were shipped in I could tell right away that the shin guard pads wouldn't work. They cover the knee cap ok. But the neoprene foam shin guards were over sided and would not work with my electric unicycle. I never even had to open the package, so I thought that I would close it back up to start a return of my money that I paid. It was just sad to find out that your company is soo desperate to make a sale that you have to change people an additional $10.00 dollars to return the garbage that you "RevZilla" makes. That is just disgusting practice of you to perpetrate on the public especially in these hard economic times as so many things are overpriced. On the brighter side I just got rid of you for $10.00 dollars, so you can pedal your trash elsewhere.

I have been extremely satisfied with all my experiences with RevZilla over the past month.
Everything came in surprisingly quick, pretty much everything was correct and perfect, and it was my mistake, the clutch handle I think was for the stock version opposed to the krt version so that's on me, but everything else was perfect
From start to finish this was a great transaction. The quality of the tire is very good with the age of the tire being within the past year. The shipping was so fast, I think it took longer to get the tire mounted and balanced than it did to ship from the west coast. I have bought from RevZilla before and will continue to be a loyal customer.
I have no problem with the service I received but I still haven't received credit for the helmet I returned over a week ago by FEDEX

The product I purchased had previously been installed when it wasn't listed as open box and had a price tag that was 1/2 what I paid. But customer service has been very slow to respond.
Finally pulled the trigger and bought a new jacket. Waterproof shell, zip-out insulated liner, and oh my, what great zipper venting! I'm 6'0" and 210 lbs, and the XL fits nicely with some extra room for layering if necessary. For the money a much better buy than KLIM. As usual, shipping with Revzilla was free and as an RPM member my jacket arrived in 2 days and I saved $15 off the purchase price. No worries about fit given Revzilla's return.

Just save your money and get a better helmet folks! Wind noise is bad. Strap snap is like 2 inches higher than it should be.
