I placed an order on RevZilla for a set of gas tanks for a shovelhead on Monday the 14th in the evening. It said it would be 3 to 5 days before the order would ship which should've placed it shipping on about Tuesday morning the 22nd. Today is Thursday the 24th and I called them and they still have not shipped my item and cannot give me a reason why. They also told me they emailed the shipping department and it could be 2 to 3 more days before I hear anything this is bull$#*!. I didn't even offer faster shipping or a partial refund. That means I'll be waiting almost 3 weeks to get my item by the time it's shipped. Definitely never ordering from RevZilla again I will stick to Dennis Kirk and JP cycles.
Ordered a mesh jacket and back pad. When order arrived, the jacket was one size smaller than what was ordered. And, the backpad was defective - all the vent holes in the pad were 'clogged' by flashing left by a poor mold match.

Jojo was very helpful. I love the helmet but I really need my ears to stay where they are! After reading the specs on the info provided by Revzilla- I found that this particular helmet shell is made in only three sizes. There is no difference in the XL, XL2, and XL3. I also discovered that the detachable pads are only a tiny bit smaller from the XL to the 2XL. If you have a sizing issue- remove the detachable pads and try on the helmet. You may find, as I did, that this helmet cannot fit even without the side pads.

I ordered a helmet that showed in stock and it took 5 days to get shipped. Apparently it wasn't in stock when shown in stock. Bought a new bike and couldn't ride it because my helmet didn't show up in time. Now I gotta wait til I get back home next time to ride it because it took a week to get a helmet I could have went to a motorsports shop local and paid more to have same day. Website needs updated so people don't get screwed like I did. Pretty much made me not wanna buy from here again.

I was wary about ordering from RevZilla based on prior reports over the last couple of years. However, I order came quickly. The items were great and I was very satisfied with my purchase!
Two day delivery promised (expensive RPM membership) half of order showed up in two days, half took a week with no reason why.
So I chose the picture of the color Klim jacket I wanted and that's the color jacket that showed up in the picture in the confirmation email as well as the shipping email. However the jacket that showed up was different. The picture on both emails was the Hi Vis, as I looked closer at the print under the pics it read stealth black. So I got the stealth black jacket. Going forward don't rely on the picture but read the print under the picture. IMHO the picture should match the color chosen in the confirmation email. It is a $500 jacket, every measure should be taken to ensure the customer gets what they want.
The website was easy to maneuver and the prices are great. I will be returning to get more merchandise soon.
