Ordered Legends Revo HD shocks 13" for 2014 Ultra Limited. Easy to order and install with clear instructions on installing and setting your SAG height and easy adjustment for preload. Took for short 20 mile test ride on bumpy and twisty roads. They seemed like a good improvement over stock shocks with 40k miles. I've taken those roads many times so I knew what the stock shocks felt like. More time on the road will tell me if they are better, my guess would be much better.
I ordered 3 pairs and spoke with 2 customer service representatives. The rep's were knowledgeable and helpful and the returns and credits were fine.

Ordered a shoei helmet for a race weekend I have coming up. The filtering and selection was easy to find the right product in my price range. My order was routed from New Jersey to Arizona to Pittsburg, PA to Texas and finally back to me in central PA. This was a USPS issue. Revzilla made it right by sending another shipment FedEx 2nd day, no charge. This was super service on their part and I'm very pleased.

Helmet I ordered was to small. Downloaded return label, found the delivery person and sent back. Few days had my money reimbursed. Reordered the helmet, came in few short days. PAINLESS RETURNS EVERYONE. Will order from Revzilla again.
Thought I bought a quality slip on and got one that looked like it came off the reject pile and basically was told it wasn't their problem and to contact manufacturer which I did and was told basically Too bad! Just sucks is all
