I had picked up a Medium helmet which ended up being too small for my wife and daughter. I was a little bummed that we would have to package it back up and go through the return process but Revzilla made that exchange super simple and fast.

Ordered pants that were supposedly in stock, with 1-2 week ship time? Not sure why any company would take so long to ship in stock item. Called at two weeks when item still hadn't shipped, told by customer service they still had time to ship( not sure what calendar they use) called again after 3 weeks still not shipped. They said they will look into it. Received email order was cancel by them because they no longer have the item. Take your business else where, I had to call twice before they even looked into it, long after the item was purchased. Still haven't received refund yet. Probably have to call my card company and report fraud.
