Was able to find the product I was looking for but was not certain that the product fitted my vehicle. (Ninja 400 vs Ninja 500). I ended up shopping for most of my upgrades on Amazon since RevZilla was unable to determine if Ninja 400 parts fitted the 2024 Ninja 500. Most of my upgrades came from Amazon. All of them fitted perfectly.

I had to recheck the product multiple times during the billing info process, so I kept clicking on the item. I was really pleased that the site remembered my information each time I clicked checkout again. Very adhd friendly

The visor is nicely mirrored, but fogs up like no other. I thought it came with the pinlock, but it doesn't.

The service said it would take 5-7 days to deliver my tires. Took 3 and the tires were in perfect condition. Taking all my business here from now on

Fast shipping and great. But If I search for CBR600RR OEM. I get nothing. But if I search for part number, then it takes me to OEM page from where I can find all the stuff I need. That has to be fixed.

It's a travesty that sellers online seek FEEDBACK for every little thing including the minimum standard of customer service.

Product works well. Shipping charge was unexpected. When I tried to cancel the order was told it could not be cancelled. Was offered a credit on my account to address unexpected shipping charge. After writing a negative review my shipping charges were refunded. I appreciate the refund but should not have had to write a negative review to get it. Idk. I'm probably just being a Karen. Money is tight in this economy. My hobbies don't have the available cash flow available that I'd like.

I was happy to find this specific Vulcan 900 shifter part on RevZilla. A great experience!
The shifter lever looks great. It matches my current one and will take up the looseness I'm feeling in the shifter pedal.

I was impressed with the quality of these pants. They definitely are expensive, as most Revit stuff can be, but the attention to detail is there. I am almost 6' with 31w and 31 inseam and I felt these are a bit short, if you are much taller, perhaps try the long because when I am on the bike, there is space above the pant bottom and the boot and I feel like that will cause rain to enter. Additionally, the pant is exactly the right waist size, so if you are in between sizes, definitely go up because you can tighten them but cannot broaden them if you are at the max waist size. Overall I would recommend these, though. They are one of the few overpants I found to fit the bill when it comes to my preference of having wide leg openings, good for winter, and superior quality.

Had plenty of choices for a new helmet and jacket on Revzilla.com, and yet somehow I was able narrow down what I wanted vs cost and landed on Sedici for both. I used the sizing charts provided to nail the fit the first time! Unbelievable. Revzilla.com had lots of research material for all of the items I was shopping for, helping to inform me about every aspect so I could compare items.
Had to call customer service because I ordered wrong color shield and wanted to catch it before it shipped. LoL - too late. Next morning it was already gone. Hows that for fast shipping?
I waited longer on the phone to talk to someone than it took to ship it.

Product was "shipped" out the next day after using but did not actually get sent to me until almost a week after I was notified.
