I ordered tires for my Kawasaki Ninja, the tires arrived quickly and in good condition. Revzilla had a good selection to choose from and made ordering a pleasant experience.

It was good. I guess the only bad thing is the huge boxes used for such a small product.

Spent some time researching online and on Revzilla for the right parts to customize my new Suzuki GSXR-750. Love the Revzilla videos, super informative and helpful in figure out what I needed and how easy/hard things would be to install myself. I narrowed it down to a Shogun protection kit, CRG brake and clutch levers, a Vortex rear set, as well as a Yoshimura slip on exhaust. All bike specific, and easy to order thanks to Revzilla's great website. All items were packaged nicely. I did have some issues with missing parts in the Shogun kit, but after calling support, they helped me find the right parts and sent them to me free of charge. Great products and fantastic service. Thank you!

Purchased an open box item for a considerable discount and was satisfied with the helmet except for a minor blemish on the exterior. The only reason I chose 4 out of five stars is because the helmet came with no instructions on care and maintenance as well as inner lining and face shield removal, otherwise it is a top shelf product. Would definitely purchase again.

So I recently removed my bar mirrors and installed fairing mounted mirrors on my Ultra Limited. Upon completion of the install, I could see that the holes in the lever mount were a terrible look and it absolutely needed something to fill it (on BOTH sides). I looked up mirror hole fillers and came across the Joker Hole fillers. Now I cannot imagine ANYONE removing only one of the two mirrors (because all motorcycles should be symmetrical right?) so when I found the Joker hole fillers, I placed the order for almost $40, with the shipping. For as small as it was, I believed that I was paying $40 for TWO, not one. I did not read the item page well enough to see that I was paying for only one and not a pair.
In no way did I imagine that just ONE of these tiny pieces of metal would be so expensive. Normally these days, I would just blame Bidenflation but if I had purchased two, it would have cost $80 and that little piece of metal is not worth that much. I can go buy a aftermarket light for $200 and that is a model specific piece of electronics where it SHOULD cost that much, unlike this tiny hole filler. I do not know who exactly is responsible for such a markup, but motorcycle parts and accessories are expensive enough and a small item like these should be less of a cost for how minute the item is in the grand scheme of all things motorcycle.

Ordered an item that ended up not being found, but customer service made it right

I needed a seat that further back than the stock seat and after all the reviews I watched. I decided on the Drag Specialties predator 3. Every I looked was a pretty good wait. Reveille had the seat in my hands in 4 days. Thanks guys!

We live in a very rural area, heavy with forests and high peaks. If Revzilla wasn't there, with their great selection and video reviews of products so we can get a close up perspective, it would force us into multi-day shopping trips, and would greatly increase our costs (lodging, food and fuel)! Their products are great, their service is outstanding, Their people are super!
