Ultimately I wish there were more refined search methods for specific items but what's provided is enough to get the job done. The site looks good and is functional, the purchasing process was easy and swift, and shipping was exactly as expected (arrived on time).

Your team was very helpful. I spoke with Joe, Cody, Jesse and Samantha. I was very satisfied with all of them. They were all very knowledgeable about their products. Only stumped them once when I couldn't find springs in lever kits. I ended up with one hardware store spring and one factory. Cost me 74¢. Everything works perfectly though and I'm very satisfied with the quality.

I received some incorrect iteams and when I wanted to return everything for a refund, I got half a refund and a shipping label for one of the items. I later got a label for the second iteam but wants to be sent separately. I feel like the process has been cumbersome

Motogadet told me they discontinued the chrome switches, but Revzilla had them so I ordered asap. There was a delay in shipping (10+ days), and that is the 4 vs 5 stars because it was normally 2-4 days. I had to contact Revzilla about it instead of them shooting me a quick email to let me know. That being said, they were very responsive to my inquiry and gave me $15 ZillaCash so that was nice even though the delay most likely wasn't their fault. The swithes look and feel great. They're not on the bike yet, but anxious to get them on and working.

I needed a stainless steel front brake line for my dr650. I planned to ride it in a event a week away from the day i was ordering the part. I ordered on a monday and when the part had not even been shipped that friday i called. The website had said it would be shipped in two to three days. When i called they told.me it wouldnt ship till the next week...I ordered the part from somewhere else and had it the next day. Had i known that revzilla would take that long i would have just ordered from the place that got it to me in time. The part did arive two weeks after I ordered it. I just kept it as i didnt want to hassel with retuning it.

There is a very good selection of quality products and shipping and returns are very easy and fast. They do carry a wide selection of products but prices tend to be a little higher than other websites.

You lie, and say 2-3 day delivery and it takes a week to deliver! Very sorry sales tactic on your part. I purchased from you because I was in a bind and needed parts fast. I went with you because you had the quickest "standard shipping" 2-3 day was my guarantee my package took a whole week! Shame on you Revzilla. I was so upset I sent the product back, and went with a different company because my time was wasted, and I was given false hope!
