Item as described and good service. But of course for a shipment to Canada the brokerage fee charged by the carrier was expensive.

RevZilla continues to impress. I search around the internet for a deal and seldom find one at the price point I'm looking for. I come to RevZilla and find the product, gain points from purchasing and it arrives in a timely fashion. What more can you ask for?

Received the tank grip, good quality. Installation is easy but I don't suggest to do it in a rush since it requires time, accuracy and attention.

Returning to riding has required me to go out and buy safety gear. RevZilla has played a big role in this endeavor. Everything has arrived safely and just as I needed.

It took FOREVER to ship the tire and it showed in stock. I kept getting put off when I tried to cancel the order.

Shipping is nice n fast and so is the confirmation email. They give a good estimate on how long it will take as well and the boxing job is good too!

Products were exactly what I ordered my issue was with the shipping. I was of the understanding it was next day shipping. I ordered two parts both parts shipped separately (2 or 3 days apart) and arrived nearly 4 days apart.

Peel off the factory supplied adhesive from the rubber pad, scratch up the case we are going to apply the Jiffy Stan pad, use a good instant glue adhesive. Are used gorilla glue instant glue. This is been the only one that stayed there after trying three different pads, None of the factory adhesives worked.

Ordered a set of Avon Cobra Chrome tires (front and rear) when I was notified that they were back in stock. Note, this is not Revzilla's problem - Avon has been 'bought out' by another company and their tire production has been significantly reduced. Order was placed, and the shipment went out that same week, delivered to the service department I specified.

I've had occasions where I place an order then shortly after remember something else and when ordered, pay double shipping even though original hasn't been processed...forgoing the couple bucks shipping may keep you clients spending thousands like I do.
