I've had occasions where I place an order then shortly after remember something else and when ordered, pay double shipping even though original hasn't been processed...forgoing the couple bucks shipping may keep you clients spending thousands like I do.

I ordered a Bell Qualifier helmet that arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately it didn't fit correctly so I had to return it unused. I tried to ibtain a return label through the website but it was impossible. I the called customer service, explained the situation and they sent me a return label by email. Prompt and couteous service, withiut hassles.

Had a issue with my order but got resolved quickly and very helpful with there customer service. Got my order in no time. Thank you for your help.

Ordering and shipping was fast. Glove quality seems good however one annoying thing to me is there is about 1/2 inch of extra thumb material at the end of each of my thumbs and to me the grip feels a bit slick. Will try to break them in doing some lawn care.

I ordered an Arlen Ness big sucker air filter for my 2001 sportster and they sent me a filter for a different model. Also the filter was of a much lower quality than the original.

They had what I wanted. I ordered it. I got it in a timely manner. It arrived in one piece when it was supposed to. The price was fair. Not the first time I have ordered from Revzilla and if they keep it up it will not be the last.

Only had packaging issues as some of my items arrived damaged or were shipped out damaged.

The lens has a scratch down the center and it didn't come with a protective cover so I mean yeah it's going to be scratched but I just figured not right out the box lol

Have shopped on RevZilla before, had a product issue and the RevZilla team made it right. They will have my business as often as I have need of their product. My last purchase I am completely unimpressed with for the price, but that's a product review, not a vendor review.

I am currently in my second year of riding starting on a 2019 Ninja 650, traded up and now on a 2019 Yamaha R1. I've bought multiple items for both bikes now and I have had nothing but positive things to say about RevZilla and the products they carry and ship. I'm in Colorado and i see they have an actual store in Denver that I'm planning on taking a trip too, hopefully that positive experience continues

I didn't receive my shipping notice until 4 days after it had already been delivered. This was problematic because I'm a Canadian who had the package shipped to a US hotel and I was trying to track its arrival. Fortunately, the hotel didn't return the package to sender! They usually return unclaimed packages after 3 days.

These shoes were accurate with my sizing and very comfortable. They feel snug when shifting, and very comfortable to walk in.
