Ordered a Mustang Wide Solo w/fender bib. Made contact with RevZilla prior to purchase to be insured of proper fit for my MC. Seat arrived before promised date. Sweet upgrade for my scooter. Looks great, feels great.
I purchased these after I bought the black pair. I wanted something lighter for summer rides now. I love the jeans. Very well made and the black pair fits well when I'm in the riding position. I ordered these the same size 34. These are more like 36 and also are longer as well so I have to cuff them once at the feet. Material is good and has the reinforcement where is counts. Comes with knee pads. But seems to have a problem with consistency in sizing. I decided to keep them because its not much off in size and I can manage them just fine.

I ordered Rinehart exhaust for my bike and I called on my order twice because I never received the shipping email. After the 2nd call, almost 2 weeks later, I was told that my item should have shipped already and they were putting a ticket in to have it shipped in the next 24 hours. The next day I finally got an email stating that they had sold me something that they didn't have in stock and that they were cancelling my order. Neither person I spoke with on the phone had given me this information, nor did I even get the option to wait until they get them back in stock.
Fast delivery and fit was perfect. Well made. Make sure to read the instructions and you won't have a problem. Should protect the plastic OEM hand guards. Even a minor tip over would surely brake them without this guard.
I took a shot to see if these would fit my 2020 Ducati Multistrada 1260 factory rear panniers. Works great and much cheaper than Ducati's inner bags. Thanks RevZilla!

Products have been what was described from a features stand point, but not a status/new-ness standpoint.
Seems like a lot of people purchase and return RevZilla items as a way to try them on, or test on their bike etc. and RevZilla takes the returns which is great. That does mean that when you are buying a new item like an expensive helmet or other gear you don't know how many times it's been shipped back and forth across the country and tried on by any number of people or dropped while unpacking. I think it would be more reasonable to sell these items as open box and not at full price. Disappointed in receiving a clearly open box / Returned helmet and not getting a partial credit refunded.

Considering how easily a windshield can be scratched etc the packaging was at best minimal. Yes it was delivered with zero damage but I was concerned when box arrived somewhat beat up.
The guys helped me pick the correct product and provided excellent service when I needed help. Very pleased with the experience. I did use support call once and agent solved my issue immediately. English was good on the phone and it made me happy to speak to an American. Will keep supporting the good effort Rev team is making.

I bought street and streel Athena jacket (M), highway 21 roulette gloves (XL), Street and Steel leggings (6 tall). I sadly could not order the Bell Moto 3 helmet to Australia from RevZilla but I did but that too in a small from somewhere else and all items are fantastic quality and true to size. Just follow the sizing guides exactly using a measuring tape and you'll be fine. The only thing I will say is that the Athena jack is a little big... but it's not that noticeable. I love all the riding gear I bought. Looks are a 10/10 too.

We do apologize for your frustration. All open box items clearly state what is wrong and if any items are missing. You will see in your order and on our site that this was an ( Incomplete kit) and that was the reason for the deep discount.

I have placed many orders with RevZilla. I have interacted with many of their CS Reps along the way and have not found anything but good things to say about the company. The Reps are prompt, courteous and go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Everything that came from RevZilla was great and in excellent condition. However, they really need to overall their shipping process, bad inventory, and pricing for products. I had to shop around to many other sites to finish my new set of motorcycle gear.
WOW just WOW! Ordered tires had them in Michigan in less than 48 hours! Tires are actually New! Not been sitting on the shelf for years like my last ones from else where. Always amazing customer service!
RevZilla is great for gear and part selection, they've got most big brands in stock as well as fair prices.
If I could come up with one issue, though, it would be stock. Some popular item sizes are often out of stock for a while, riding gear in particular but also parts. I cannot tell if it is supply chain or manufacturer stock issues but it is an issue nonetheless.
Other than that, the website is easy to traverse (although I wish there was an non-stick filter option). Customer service has also been great in the past and the return process is possibly the easiest I've ever dealt with. I certainly appreciate the military discount as well.
I ordered a $20.00 water bladder but received Superior product for my use.a $150 water backpack. I called the company and was eagerly taken care of by a very nice gal, Geneva C. She thanked me for being so forthright and not just keeping the expensive item and has been super attentive in getting me taken care of further. Three stars only for the missed order but five stars plus for the customer care!
I hate this company. I buy one item and they loose it. A $600 exhaust system. Been waiting a week and no updates. Contact them and they say oh well it's probably lost. Wait another week and we can file a claim. What a joke. Never dealing with this joke again.

Everything I've ordered so far came packed well and in good condition, but man does Revzilla reach all the way to the bottom when it comes to shipping. Everything I've ordered has taken 2-3 weeks to arrive. I live in AR and never have issues with other sites. I also lived in Japan for 3 years where most items I've ordered only took 10-14 days to arrive from the US. Whatever the process is at the warehouse needs to be refined before I start ordering gear on Revzilla again. In the meantime I suggest shopping at your local Cycle Gear store. They're sister companies anyway.
