Almost everything in this website is overpriced, slow shipping, horrible customer service care. Didn't help me at all, just continued to say it's my fault, not their fault. Will never purchase here again. My pictures below show a huge difference. They are both exactly the same! $100.00 - $110.00 dollar difference on other websites.

RevZilla has an extensive selection of gear, knowledgeable customer service and although I didn't need it this time, a good returns/exchange process for getting the correct size. They ship out orders quickly and generally have the best price around.

If you don't want a white wall tire when ordering new tires from Revzilla be sure the WW is nowhere on the order form. This would have saved me from the hassle of contacting customer support and doing an exchange. The free shipping was much appreciated.

Hard to find a gauntlet type glove at local bike shops. These feel nice for not being broke in, always heard about this German brand even though it's made in Pakistan. I will see if they hold, hopefully last 10 years like the last gloves I had

I was able to find things here that were not available anywhere else. The customer service is way above average/excellent! I had to return a helmet twice due to sizing and there were no issues, just an easy fix. Would recommend 100%!

Great follow up emails with shipping and tracking information. Website shows 2 day free shipping but because I live in Alaska its over 2 weeks for some items to arrive. That's my only complaint. Overall extremely happy.

We don't even shop around anymore. The experience with RevZilla is top from start to end. This last time, I got a mustache engine bar for my HD-Heritage. The bar looks sharp on the bike and it was a super simple installation. Easy covered by your support videos.

Web site is better than most ITO user experience to find things, but it could be better by making it obvious when "my ride" is active and also for searches to prefer filtering by "my ride" unless user actions indicate this is no longer applicable. Otherwise finding things, buying them, and having the proper stuff arrive on time is all good. + with membership the incremental costs are a bit lower and shipping is normally free. So that's a plus.

What I wanted was only in one size many things. So got what u did have could of been happier. You guys send pics of what I like only to bring me to the product and not have the size? Now my phone gets all these ads for what I want but what's the point you don't have it? One more thing my shoes came in 3 days maybe even 2 days. My jacket same order came week or two later. Watched that order stop at every state in the Country before delivery insane. Thats all I can say for today

Ordered a helmet using the size chart, shipped super quick. It was a very odd fit, snug front, loose back. And strap would not tighten to fit comfortably. Initiated return with online help, return went off without a hitch.

I've been impressed every time I interact with Revzilla and Cycle Gear. As a new rider it makes a huge difference to have local and online support that give me tools and resources to really dive into riding. I also love all the YouTube content and coverage. My experience jumping into riding would look much different without Revzilla.

There should be some kind of product image on the website so I know what I am getting but all in all, it works. It plugs right into my motorcycle wiring harness and I can use the high beam, low beam, and turn signals. The other wiring is for daylight. By looking at this wiring harness, I could've saved myself one hundred and twenty five bucks by just connecting extra wires from my bike to the bulbs and use a twist nut or something. It is something easy to do but this was way over priced but all the other companies have it at this price too.

I ordered a complete set of brake pads for my 1983 Kawasaki online and it was a fairly easy experience. Finding them was easy and the purchasing procedure was simple and easy to follow. They came in a few days and are now on the bike. They work as well as the previous set with no difference in stopping power. There was a question of what pads went on the rear disc which a little research on my part and the local shop revealed. I relayed the information to Revzilla and I received an email from the company thanking me for informing them. That kind of customer interaction is quite welcome in this AI and computer generated relations. In a word I was "pleased" throughout the whole experience.

Always a good selection - RevZilla will typically have items to fit your need. The only slip was a delay in sending the tubes and rim strips, but communication was great and that is out of RevZilla's control.

Top notch customer service. I knew what I was looking for and they made it easy. Revzilla does it right. Yea you might find the items elsewhere, but from my experience I will spend that little bit more at Revzilla. It's worth it big time

This is the second time I've bought motorcycle tires from Revzilla and both times it has been flawless. I've bought other products through the years and have had equally good experiences with those purchases as well.
