It took 9 days to receive my order from the time of placing it. Paying $40 a year for a membership to receive 2 day shipping when competitors are offering it for free is an interesting business decision.
Really pleased with the order process and a little surprised at how quickly it arrived. I am really happy with the gear, particularly the heated pants the slip over my clothes. The well-designed bottoms have zippers op the legs that allow me to easily slip them on while wearing boots. They both top and bottom are lightweight and easily folded up and carried.

I order the wrong size for my Pan American. I called to confirm I was ordering the correct part and they were very accommodating. They quickly sent me a return slip and label to exchange my part. The new part came quickly and was perfect.

So far I have purchased almost all of my gear from this site. They have such a wide variety of women's clothing to choose from, it has made this journey easy! The return policy is great and absolutely necessary when trying to shop for women's anything. But most of the sizing charts have been on point and I have only had to swap out a few items... pants, of course! Shipping is always extremely fast and they process returns very quickly.

Revzilla has a huge range and it's great but their shipping to Australia is absolute insanity. $60 USD flat rate is wild. I couldn't find anywhere in Australia that stocked it.

I came in as a first-time customer and was received with friendly customer service and patience. I especially appreciated given the hectic holiday shopping season. They were even kind enough to recommend me to other places for specific items they had a limited supply of at that time. It says a lot about the integrity of a shop, caring more about building community than making a sale. I would 10/10 come back.

The helmet is cool and has headset quality is pretty good. My only complaint is that the sizing seems to run small. I saw the reviews and ordered accordingly with a large. Its pretty snug but not uncomfortably snug.
I purchased a set of heated grips, along with some boots and a windscreen. Boots were great, windscreen was me (no fault of Revzilla). The grips were an open package with pieces everywhere, handwritten notes on the owners manual, and a price tag on the box $40 less than I paid.
So that was a bummer, but more of a bummer was the return policy. I had to get the item to a UPS store for a return scan before they would ship a replacement. My nearest UPS store is a 30 minute drive, so I dont go there often. When the item arrives damaged or wrong because of the fault of the shipper, a replacement should be shipped immediately. I was in the middle of a project and needed these parts asap, playing around with returns is a big waste of time. I ended up just doing a straight return instead of an exchange and ordered the grips from Amazon. This is why Amazon is winning, they are a terrible company, but they fix their problems very fast.

I ordered a set of tires that showed both "In stock, ships next day". One tire shipped 2 days later and the other didn't ship until 6 days after original order. No e-mail or explanation from Revzilla on the delay. First time this has happened to me ordering tires from them.
Always a great experience, comes faster than expected usually and quality has been nothing shy of top notch. Get a new helmet every few years. Icon helmets have saved my life a couple times and I will not go with any other brand
I've been ordering from Revzilla for a few years now and have never had any issues. Returns are easy but not crazy about having to pay for the return label every time. I could understand returning helmets because of the size, but smaller items should be free. My only trivial gripe.
