I tried to order a helmet. Received three different stories after sitting on hold for 30 minutes each time to talk to a "representative ". Will never order from RevZilla again. Avoid at all costs. I will also be notifying everyone in the Reiter group, so I'm a part of to avoid RevZilla for any other transactions.

Reliable and safe to order from here! Get all the parts for our motorcycles here and have not had any issues. All the parts we have ordered have been correct for our 30+ year old bikes, which is always a huge relief!

I placed an order for several parts on March 5th, one of these items was a front steel brake line. It was in stock and claimed to ship out "within 24 hours"/"Next day" and this is where my trouble begins. It is now March 14th and customer service has given me the run-around as to what happened to it and where it could be. They are unable to cancel this item even though it most likely has not even been placed in a box or assigned a shipment label. Most likely i will not be purchasing from RevZilla in the future after this as i feel that my hard earned money is being played with.

The lenses worked well, but did require a very minor amount of filing to allow them to twist into place like the OEM lenses.

I'm happy with my jacket and the buying process. However, I live in Hawaii, and the shipping has been complicated on this and previous purchases. When I purchased it would not let me give a PO Box for delivery. So I gave my physical address. Free shipping took over 3 weeks to get here and was delivered at the post office where my PO Box is. They said they almost sent it back. Revzilla needs to realize that when you send an item ground shipping on USPS to Hawaii, it literally goes on the ship. This is new as of about a year ago. Please update your system.

He likes it. He says it is large enough for trips to work or the hardware store when he rides his motorcycle. He also says it is very comfortable, secure feeling, and easy to use. It is sort of an expensive backpack.

I love the helmet shape selector. Makes it easier to shop well once you know what the shape of your head is.

Overall, I noticed that warehouse processing and the amount of time it takes RevZilla to ship their product seems slower, and takes longer than what I am used to.

I ordered a small part that the website listed was in stock and would ship out same day. It did not ship out for three more days. Not sure if their website was inaccurate and they were waiting to receive it from the original manufacturer? I even chatted with an online representative 48 hours after the order and she said she could see it was being packaged on the floor. But it still did not go out that day.

To be fair, the representative gave me 15 RevZilla points, which was very kind of her.

I work in an industry that is highly competitive, and when I order something online, it usually ships immediately.

RevZilla is great for product knowledge, and providing a plethora of wonderful options for people. But their processing and shipping slow.

Ordered over the weekend and it was delivered Wednesday, standard shipping. Timely communications via email when shipped and delivered. I can't recall a better experience from a motorcycle parts house.

Ordering is easy, like most sites. However, its when there are issues is where RevZilla really shines. Sometimes the parts just don't fit like you would want or the gear isn't what you expected. RevZilla takes has always been responsive and they take care of it quickly. So many store fronts (and people) are just so unresponsive when an issue arises, not RevZilla in my several years of experience with them.

I put in my address, then chose paypal. The address was overwritten with an old address in paypal. I didn't see this change until after the payment was completed. Please put in a dialog to confirm the address change when paypal changes it. I had to drive to my old address and pick up the packages.

Bought a Brake Free and had expected at least two helmet brackets in the package, so I could use easily interchangeable on two helmets. There were no content description for the product as far as I could see!

I ordered the Klim jacket and pants when on a trip with my brother. He was riding with it so I could try it on and knew that the sizing was perfect. I ordered it while on my trip and it arrived at my house in Canada two days later! I was impressed.

It took 9 days to receive my order from the time of placing it. Paying $40 a year for a membership to receive 2 day shipping when competitors are offering it for free is an interesting business decision.

Really pleased with the order process and a little surprised at how quickly it arrived. I am really happy with the gear, particularly the heated pants the slip over my clothes. The well-designed bottoms have zippers op the legs that allow me to easily slip them on while wearing boots. They both top and bottom are lightweight and easily folded up and carried.

The fit was good and quality looks excellent. I like Revzilla for excellent products and return policy. Buying riding jeans is not an easy process
