What I expected, nothing more, nothing less. Revzilla used to set the standard for customer service, but since the big merger/acquisition, it just doesn't seem quite the same. The personal tough has pretty much disappeared. In this particular order, a Givi case arrived fairly quickly, but still slower than when I order Givi from a reseller in Italy (note: I'm about 45 minutes from Revzilla's Philly shop.)
Why are you forcing me to write a review? Have you not considered that the constant harassment for validation could turn others against you?

I purchased a modular, blue tooth motorcycle helmet for a good price. I like it but it is too loud from wind noise as it was just a poorly designed and built helmet. I was going to send it back, but I really like the look and fit, as well as the usefulness, so I decided I could work on cutting down the wind noise myself. So far I have failed, but refuse to give up. Of course, none of this was RevZilla's fault, so don't blame them.
RevZilla is a great company, helpful when it comes to customer service needs, and are willing to price match to give you the best deal you can get.
I paid extra for 2 day express shipping and didn't receive my order until 5 days later. I returned the jacket I ordered due to this misleading business practice and am still waiting my full refund. I will not be shopping at Revzilla ever again.

I needed a gasket to complete my timing chain replacement on my xr650l. My local shops could get the gasket "by friday" however while shopping revzilla, it was marked as "by Wednesday if ordered in the next 3 hours and 47 minutes" the price was comparable so I ordered it. I contacted customer service when I noticed the gasket had shipped via USPS, and was scheduled a day late, which would have been fine, however the gasket wasn't received until Tuesday the 16th. Over a week from the time I ordered it. I ended up canceling my plans for the weekend since the bike wasn't done.
Yes, the delay is partially on USPS, but it should have never gone USPS.
I was sent a damaged helmet yet am somehow responsible for the $10 fee to return it. Doesn't make sense. It's one thing if I decide I don't like a product, but it's not my fault that you sent me a damaged item. I should t be responsible for the return fee.

I has a wonderful experience for shopping at RevZilla few years ago. The shipping purchase was super fast and the return process is easy and smooth. Ultimately I wish there were more refined search methods for specific items but what's provided is enough to get the job done. The site looks good and is functional, the purchasing process was easy and swift, and shipping was exactly as expected (arrived on time).
RevZilla sold me a pair of Shinko tires and the tread separated on the rear tire after only 600 miles. Neither RevZilla or Shinko stands by their product. Both companies are narrow minded. Motorcycle tire mileage is a quarter of the life of an auto tire. I'll never buy from either company ever again.

I purchased a riding jacket and was too small. I called in, spoke to a support specialist. They ordered a larger jacket and set up a return for the smaller jacket. I was promptly credited when the older jacket was received. Excellent Service.
I recently bought an AGV K6 helmet and noticed the spring in the mechanism that removes the visor was broken. Instead of smoothly pulling the tab and releasing, it would get stuck and scratch the plastic on in inside. I called customer service, and Jason was able to help me get a replacement visor after I sent them pictures of the damage. This all happened within 24 hours without much hassle.

I have ordered several things from Revilla and twice I've had to return things and had no issue whatsoever. They are totally on top of things and they get it handled in a quick manner.
I ordered a Givi Airflow windscreen. It came with only 1 half of the windscreen which confused me since the description suggested otherwise. I reached out to customer service, via the Chat feature. Was connected to a real person and it was all taken care of! They sent a whole new order which arrived complete.
