Ordering was easy, and first attempt at shipping wAs quick. Unfortunately the windscreen was shipped in a RevZilla box that was smaller than the windscreen and contained no packing materials. So the windscreen arrived hanging out of both sides of the box, and what portion remained inside the box was scratched anyway. Quickly returned and had another windscreen shipped out. Or so I thought. After watching the order sit idle for 8 or 9 days and making 8 phone calls to either get it shipped or get a refund, I finally got someone to give me a refund. In the meantime I ordered a windscreen from my local dealer. For the same price. With no shipping damage.
Should have done that in the first place.
Fits my daughter perfectly. I tried another brand, but was way to big even though I ordered according to their sizing chart.
Some previous customer reviews mentioned that the gloves seemed too tight / small.
A Revzilla video review mentioned that the gloves might be slightly large.
So I balanced those opinions and stayed with my normal size (Medium). (For reference, I have relatively big palms and short fingers and usually wear medium in all sorts of gloves.)
I should have listened to the customer reviews. I'm working on stretching them out, but these are pretty small and tight.
Ordered a cover. It was too small, so will be returning for bigger cover. I do wish there was a more definitive description of the fitment of this (and other) covers, done by your in-house team. I purchased the size I thought I needed (XL) based on the way the item was advertised by the OEM, however it was not an accurate description.

The fender eliminator body consists of two pieces. The mount base and plate holder. These pieces come from the factory screwed together. The plate holder was crooked, the top edge of it was not aligned with the fender mount. I thought I was screwed because it was open, but After leaving review, RevZilla contacted me to inform me they have an exception for defective products. I made it work already with some DIY elbow grease, but was satisfied with the service offer.
Ordered and it came pretty quick.
Downfall was one piece of the acerbis radiator plastics was flawed. Looked almost melted from production.
Besides that the rest of the products were good. Perfect fit.
Rode today with our new armored jackets. Love the protection and ability not to be sweating. Great wind flow. I'm already considering another. Oh, and the blue I purchased for my husband matched the blue on his bike nearly perfectly!
I received an email from Revzilla stating that the order shipped on March 30. UPS did not scan the package. I spoke to customer service three different times. The first two times, I was assured someone would follow up but to no avail. The third agent gave me a $20 credit toward my next purchase.
I ordered a pair of the REV'IT! Philly 3 Jeans on my normal size and they were huge on me. I returned the item (still on the way) but it cost me $10.00 to return the product. They do not offer free returns... so I won't be ordering any more apparel from them. Sorry.

The product descriptions were misleading. When it said the front disc pads came in pairs I understood it to mean that since my BMW's has a pair of brake discs on the front axle that one order would do both discs, Wrong! So I had to reorder another set of front pads and because the cost didn't meet your free shipping cost limit they were more expensive. Needless to say I won't be ordering brake parts from Revzilla in the future.

Peel off the factory supplied adhesive from the rubber pad, scratch up the case we are going to apply the Jiffy Stan pad, use a good instant glue adhesive. Are used gorilla glue instant glue. This is been the only one that stayed there after trying three different pads, None of the factory adhesives worked.
Ordering and delivery was prompt. The windscreen arrived with 2 sizeable scratches. I installed it because I wanted to use it asap and it will end up scratched at some point anyway.
My experience was easy for this jacket. I had to make sure for a perfect fit, I got out the tape measure to measure the important areas needed to get the right size.Easy!
Had to get a new tire because of a slash in my American elite. Didn't even think about getting another AE till after I bought the stock 402 but I'm very happy with the tread pattern and grip of the original tire.
Items were packaged and sent in a timely manner, and showed at my door perfectly. Always great purchasing from Revzilla.
Said 3-5 days to ship out a GASKET. Took 7 days to ship and I still have not received it 5 days later. Going on two weeks from day of purchase. Customer service is terrible and won't help you. If you need something quick don't order from this site. Never again will I waste my time on this site.
Delivery takes too long. I placed an order and it's not shipped out for 5-7 days then another 5-7 for delivery.
Need to deliver within 4 days which is what EBay offers on most products 2 days with Amazon.

Easy, had everything i needed, want6ed to try out some new tires. And they were available on your website so i purchased them. They were about the same price as i found elsewhere. And i knew i could make returns easily so i decided that it would be best to purchase them at revzilla
Called and spoke to a customer service representative that's helmet had purchased that didn't fit. He recommended a different helmet that he felt would be a better fit. Very helpful and polite. Received the new helmet a couple days later and it was a perfect fit! Couldn't be happier.
