When online to purchase some head gaskets was able to find the ones I wanted purchased them and they were literally delivered to my house about a day or two best service by far will be coming back to order stuff from the site

I'm a first time rider. The videos and descriptions were very helpful in making my decision. Delivery was super fast. No issues. I got the dirt 3 gloves and bell qualifier helmet. Both appear to be good quality. I look forward to trying them out
I ordered some hard work covers for my docking hardware. There was a mix-up in the shipping address and I never received the package. I called customer service and got a hold of Dean. He searched and found the error and he told me it shipped to the right Town wrong state. I was going to reorder and he told me due to the low cost of the parts he would replace them at no charge he took my information and covered not only the parts but the shipping cost as well. I'd call that real customer service. I'll use RevZilla again for sure. I give them a five-star rating Dean was very professional and I would love to deal with him again great guy.KC in Northern Illinois
Really need more technical details on some of the parts and brands. While they are often very good, it takes utilization of many other resources before one can sometimes know to buy from revzilla. This info would be quite helpful if available with the parts. Unlike experts in motorbike parts, I'm a layman of sorts.
Revzilla has been a go-to store for me since most other places either don't carry nearly as much or charge more than usual. Their site is easy to use, the filters are extensive, and specs for each piece of gear I want are always listed. They ship quick and have a good customer return procedure that makes like easy if something doesn't fit correctly.
Need click "read more" on the description then scroll all the way down to read that helmet does not come as pictured, instead need to spend $45 more on a $154 helmet to get it as advertised. Oh wait they did offer 10% off.
Their sizings are wrong and I followed the instructions for the sizings and the other customer feedbacks to try to get my correct size. It was still wrong, and I had to pay for the shipping both ways, even though their sizings are completely their fault, and I had to pay around 20-30$ for absolutely nothing.
I chatted w/ a salesperson who was knowledgeable and helpful. He asked pertinent questions and got me the right part. Upon its quick arrival, I installed it and it fit perfectly.
After a great experience with my back pack (R20 after 7 years of daily use), I was very glad to find that Kriega is making sleeves for iPad and for laptop. Very satisfied with Kriega products and RevZilla service
Everything went well, shipping was a bit slow for today's standard but not too bad. My product was missing the instruction guide and product guide that were supposed to be included in the box, but that's a manufacturer thing and not the fault of RevZilla.
So I've now purchased a few things, had the shipper drop the ball and revzilla quickly stepped up and shipped another. Ive experienced returns and customer service was great to deal with and promptly refunded. Revzilla is a blessing to deal with. Thank you Team at Revzilla!

Finding and reading about the items I purchased was mostly easy. The only issue I had was slow response from the website at times as well as all the annoying things that pop up all over my screen when trying to shop. One link once would be nicer; this gets quite annoying on any website when one is already inundated trying to sort through all of the accessories/apparel.
Revzilla is slow to ship orders and uses FedEx, one of the worst in the industry. They keep very limited inventory, most things are "out of stock". I used to recommend Revzilla to anyone looking for new riding gear, now I suggest going anywhere else. Amazon can do in one or two days what takes Revzilla one or two weeks.
Such a crazy wide selection of product, always at competitive prices, the hardest part is trying to choose. Literally, that's the hardest part, because Revzilla also has first-class customer service, and that makes any choice workable.
The 'Amazon' for Moto stuff. Love that the website prominently displays clearance and sale items - so easy to shop this way. I've found a ton of good deals on quality gear. Shipping is always timely and accurate
Biggest benefit with Revzilla is the sheer amount of gear and items they have. There are so many options. Sometimes too many options and it takes a while to go through them all and choose, but as long you do extensive research on products via reviews on Revzilla, and other sites then that will help. Shipping was fast, most of my items arrived a day early and free shipping is always a big plus. One thing, that I did suggest to a Revzilla support agent was that the reviews on their site should make reviewers show which product options they selected. Would make it much easier to tell what exactly they are reviewing for certain products as far as sizing, color, etc.
What I expected, nothing more, nothing less. Revzilla used to set the standard for customer service, but since the big merger/acquisition, it just doesn't seem quite the same. The personal tough has pretty much disappeared. In this particular order, a Givi case arrived fairly quickly, but still slower than when I order Givi from a reseller in Italy (note: I'm about 45 minutes from Revzilla's Philly shop.)
Why are you forcing me to write a review? Have you not considered that the constant harassment for validation could turn others against you?

I purchased a modular, blue tooth motorcycle helmet for a good price. I like it but it is too loud from wind noise as it was just a poorly designed and built helmet. I was going to send it back, but I really like the look and fit, as well as the usefulness, so I decided I could work on cutting down the wind noise myself. So far I have failed, but refuse to give up. Of course, none of this was RevZilla's fault, so don't blame them.
