I used the service the first day. I forgot to cancel the first month, on me. I was charged 23.95 the second month but was not aware of it until I received my credit card statement. I canceled immediately. I was on the phone for half an hour trying to cancel. I finally got it canceled four days into the month but I was not able to get the month refunded. I ended up getting $11 of the $23.95 I paid.

You should add more templates, suggestions for ATS compliance suggestion, if resume crosses a page then suggest different template. Feeds to update in all job portal. Options to adjust the resume based on job profile

Don't like subscription... couldn't edit resume. No warning on if it's because I don't have a subscription, it just doesn't save. A note that I need to subscribe would be nice so I know why it's not working, rather than me paying $24 to take a leap of faith and hope it works.
