False Advertising! Your website comes up as a free resume template and you let people build it and then won't let them access it without paying!
You let me type my entire resume before specifying that I had to pay to download it. REAL $#*! move right there. I put my card in just to get my resume downloaded but after that, im surely canceling this $#*!.

Not a good look, however, when you find out you have to pay after you have put an hour or more time into creating the resume. Never tells you anywhere that you have to pay, just sneaks it up on you at the end. Really scummy.
I went through the whole process of building a "free" resume. At no point was there any indication that it was based on a membership, which makes it not free. I'm not against paying for the service that was provided to me but I should have been made aware up front that once I went through all the steps of entering my information that it will cost money. And the fact that it's a trial period that I will have to eventually opt out of in 14 days is really irritating at well. It said FREE this isn't free. It's a great product but I feel like I was bait and switched because here I am paying money for a service that I wouldn't have just sunk an hour into had I known that it wasn't free.

The template is great. I didn't realize upfront that I would have to include a credit card to use the advertised free service.
Method of payment would not process. Had to use another card. Offer was suppose to be free and was required to sign up for plan not interested in keeping.
