You falsely advertise free resumes but charge for it, and that's ok. Then you have the audacity to automatically implement a monthly fee. This needs work. If you get results then people will come to you. I tried to select No for follow up but that wasn't allowed either. Do me a favor, don't contact me

Website said I could download resume for free, but this was not true. When I chose to download the resume I was only offered options to pay. I don't mind this but this should be clear to users.
