The company has established a strong reputation for its user-friendly resume-building platform, which is praised for its intuitive design, effective templates, and time-saving capabilities. Many customers express satisfaction with the polished results and helpful prompts that enhance their resumes. However, concerns regarding the transparency of pricing practices are prevalent, with some users feeling misled by the marketing of free access. Additionally, issues with customization options and the accuracy of information fetched have been noted. Overall, while the service is highly regarded for its quality and ease of use, addressing pricing clarity could further enhance customer trust.

The wording on this site tricks you into thinking it is a free service, it is not. The resume looks good, but it will cost you money.
I liked the questions and it was nice and quick to do!
Quick and easy to use if i can do it literally anyone can.
This is a wonderful program and I would recommend it to anyone.
First time using this site and so far has been pretty useful
I like the resume template but I spent an hour on it without realizing I was going to have to pay for it. I wish it was a little more obvious on the home page.
You should not include the words free when you actually have to pay. Misleading.
Predatory messages of free builder that gives the client the impression that the software is free until downloading the resume, which is interrupted by a paywall. Clients probably spend about an hour building a supposed free resume, which baits them into buying after putting in all the effort of building the resume. Same strategy as tax filing software. Should tell clients that it is paid upfront. They get away with it by saying the resume is free to build, but it is in reality not free to download, and any PNG's taken by clients are blurred. I Will not be recommending this website to anyone.

Built a great resume on what I thought was a free template. Once I was finished, I learned that I had to subscribe for $2.95 for 14 days then be billed $24.95 monthly there after. Good news, I can cancel any time!
It was pretty easy to make an impressive resume. I would recommend
Cause you fooled me saying it was free online resume builder - bait and switch
Very user friendly and easy to navigate through a resume without any frustration.
Great, thank you. Could have formatting options for each theme so things can be moved around easily within themes.
This is easy to use and the prompts for creating a career objective were very helpful.
Just wish I was told it costs money to download before I started the process. It's disingenuous.
Paying for a resume is bull$#*!. Im $#*!ing broke and stressed out thanks for making it infinitely worse. $#*! you
