They should have said up front that you had to pay to get your resume. I spent all this time only to find out I have to give my credit card in order to get the resume.

Well, the resume is great, but you advertise that it's free and no credit card is required, which is an outright lie, since you can't actually GET the resume until you pay.

Resume Genius makes it quite easy and comfortable to make a resume. The problem lies when I am finished and try to download my resume to my computer. All of a sudden I have to pay. Why not be upfront about the costs instead of holding resumes for ransom? It is ridiculous! I unfortunately still paid for it because I did not want to start all over. Cancelled my subscription as soon as I could, hopefully there is no trouble with that.

However, it is clear to note that the website misleads its customers into believing it is a fully free experience, yet when all is said and done they hit you with the bill.
