It didn't tell me until I'd finished the whole resume creation process that I would need to pay to download it. I would have liked an earlier warning. Also, the payment didn't allow debit cards.

Site makes it seem like this is a free "fill in the blank" style resume builder/template. You spend time filling everything out then at the end they suddenly ask you to pay for it.
