The resume building process was super easy and painless.
I tried to pay and my bank twice refused it for fraud. I tried to chat but nobody was there. When I called they told me I had to used a credit card.The process of paying and getting my downloaded resume (which I hope will download now) was too laborious and I am afraid the company is not legit. I finally charged my credit card but hope it was not put through 2 or 3 times.

Tool is easy to use although when adding additional jobs, the bulleted skills list prompt lists the first job's name every time, although it is really giving you skills for the job you are adding. It is a bit confusing at first until you realize this.
