The website states it's free and then at the end after entering all your information gives you two options for payment. No one wants to go through all the work of creating a resume thinking it's free to just be forced into paying. The payment wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't require you to be auto enrolled in a subscription. After downloading the resume that should be the end of the transaction. One good resume is all that is needed and once you download it there is no need to create a whole new one.
