Very long and didnt alert me there was any cost until after i spent 2 hours its very un-ethical and a $#*!ty way to do business but great way to lose it.

It's amazing when it comes to making the resume/coverletter but I have a few complaints
1) When searching for the resume it states that the resume is free to create (It is not) and you find out that it isn't after creating the resume, you can't do anything including emailing, downloading ect without paying. I understand that you created it to earn money, but the heads up would have been nice.
2) Most options have University/College but in Australia we also have "TAFE" which is neither (It may occasionally be classed as a College but very rarely).
Other than that, I found the options rather handy and the steps were very easy to comprehend. I hope that in the future you will add more colour options for resumes/cover letters. Thanks for reading.
