For the refences it made me put in an email but the phone number was optional, you should just make it where only one preferred method of contact is required. Other than that amazing app.

Beautiful experience! That is the only way I can describe it. SO easy and quick! The ONLY thing I had an issue with was the fact that going into it, it stated "FREE...NO CARD OR LOG IN REQUIRED.", however, when you go to save, print or download, it takes you to another page to get a card number for payment.

Hard to change elements, and no indication of what else is a benefit for paying; it just goes straight to the payment page. I would not use it if we had not already used it in the past.

Felt like the payment was a little much for what I got especially since its the shady only $2 now and$23 as soon as the 14 days are up. Also the fact it cannot be canceled online is sketchy

The system was easy to navigate. There were also great template options available to select from. Having the ability to select from relating job experience and abilities based on the career was a plus as well.
