Dont make people pay for their resume when they've already made their resume with you before and kind of have no choice but to pay $24 to update one minor thing on it.

I did not like how I wasn't able to click on the resume to edit things or take away text groups.
Also don't understand why this was advertised as free when it's not.

Easy to use and love the different options of resume styles are good. The AI generated suggestions are helpful and provide guidelines for inputting your information into the resume. The different ideas for areas that are filled in are helpful and made building my resume easy and streamlined.

Please do not advertise a free resume template when the service is not free, that is misleading. OR, before going through to the final process advise the customer they will need to pay for the final product

This was the first walkthrough. There was no confusion on my end. Very smooth interfaces. I came with a resume that had pretty decent content already but I needed it to be aesthetically pleasing and got exactly that with resume genius. Looking forward to doing my cover letter next.

This is a classic BAIT & SWITCH. I came to this site for a FREE resume template, and must now PAY to receive my product. I also realize this message will not have any effect as this is the current business model today.
