Love the format. Just wish I could adjust the address since the line break isn't optimal, otherwise, great.
I have purchased a trial period of 14 days and paid for it. However I was not aware that although I have paid for it, that my credit card will be charged for a month period. I contacted the customer support and agent Nathalie has understood my problem, checked my case, reviewed and said that the refund request has been approved.
She was very polite, concise and clear. The refund request was solved in one minute!

I went throgh the page without knowing I had to pay. It is relevant to state before taking the client through all this process that there is a fee for this.

I only noticed that my subscription was not canceled when the automatic renewal happened. I immediately contacted the support team and they initiated the refund and membership cancellation without asking a question. Very grateful for them!

I LIKED THE PLETHORA OF OPTIONS, BUT I GREATLY DISLIKED THAT I SPENT SO MUCH TIME PREPARING MY CV ONLY TO FIND THERE IS A PAYMENT ON THE END. I DO NOT MIND THE AMOUNT BUT LET ME KNOW FROM THE START.
